A wonderful hotel with a good territory and a large parking lot. We had a rest from 10/28/2025 to 10/30/2025 with my son. Good and delicious buffet breakfasts, there was very tasty lamb and potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, sausages, etc. the rooms are spacious, clean, there are several channels in Russian, there is a cooler in the room, all soap, dental and shaving kits in the bathroom. There is a swimming pool with a sauna, open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the pool is cool, but the sauna is the best. The entrance to the pool is from the street. There is an aviary with squirrels on the territory, it is very interesting to watch them. A room per day for two with breakfast cost 3,500 rubles or 19,000 tenge, they can take it first in rubles, and then when they exchange it for tenge, they will return it. The maids are always happy to help. I really liked it, we will definitely come again.

We were passing through from Uzbekistan, stayed one night. Friendly staff, they gave me a second blanket and two more pillows for the double bed without any problems (I can't sleep on low pillows), the main thing is that everything is clean, they gave me a small kettle in the room. Next to the hotel there is a budget store like our Magnit, which is very useful. The breakfast is very good and varied. Samsa, cottage cheese, porridge, if you want. There was a lot going on, I don't remember anymore. We traveled by car, all the hotels were mixed up, but the Sultan left a good impression. The main thing was that we managed to get enough sleep - we still had a long way to go to Moscow, and a few more overnight stays. Thanks a lot to the staff and the host!

Probably a 3* hotel. It's clean. The bathrooms are old, but they have gold toilets. I have attached the prices for the services. There is even a gym, but I didn't have time to try it))) The toilet, though golden, is leaking. Unpleasant smell all the time (room on the 1st floor). There is no tea in the room, there is coffee at the reception, for a fee. Refrigerator, TV, cooler. Towel, disposable items. Cleaned daily. And yes, the toilet (shower) door is not locked, and the room is double. The advantages are the courteous staff. Breakfast included: porridge, dried fruits, instant Jacobs, sausages, sausage, eggs, cheese, apples. In general, everything except meat.

While driving from the airport, the taxi driver tried to dissuade from checking into this hotel. Sincerely recommending not to stay there, supposedly this is not a hotel but a sauna, and people with low social responsibility often come there for a couple of hours. Although I chose the hotel by carefully studying the reviews on different platforms and was surprised by his comment. In the end, he, seeing that I was not going to refuse, recommended that he move into the second floor. I was already beginning to doubt my choice. All doubts were dispelled when I was kindly welcomed at the reception. There was an early check-in at 9:00. They settled in immediately without any questions, explained everything and offered breakfast. The breakfast is varied, everything is delicious. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

Of the cons: there is some kind of problem with the mattress in room 113, it falls through in places, which makes it very difficult to sleep. But there was also a bunk bed in the room where you could lie down. One of the advantages is a golden toilet bowl😀I recommend it for an overnight stay.

I have been to Sultan 5 times. I took a standard room (14 thousand tng). Every time I came in, a smoky smell rushed into my face. The food is very tasty, except for the dry pasta with shrimp. The water pressure in the shower is very small (it was explained to me that after 12 pm the pressure decreases) The first time I was there, there was also a toothbrush with paste, a razor, shower gel, shampoo and slippers. The rest of the four visits, the bathroom was limited only to shampoo and gel, which were only half! Also, the last time the remote control did not work, I switched it through the TV buttons. I don't know why I was lucky one time and not the other?? I paid the same price every time.

Of the cons: sometimes there are problems with pressure in the shower. It is not clear what is the reason. That's fine, then you'll wash your face. The rooms are cleaned every day.
