The building is old but cozy, the staff is polite and helpful. Keep in mind that the staircase is spiral.

This hotel on Avito is often sold as an apartment for rent. No, this is a complex of apartments belonging to a neighboring hotel. This means that you will be shown one apartment, but you can move into others in the same building. To be honest, you won't gain or lose anything from this, since they are, in general, furnished in about the same way. Ours had a large refrigerator, but there was no washing machine. In the ad (someone got it) there was an apartment with a small refrigerator, but with a washing machine. Towels were changed every three days. The staff of the neighboring hotel immediately adds you to WhatsApp (to give you a Wi-Fi password) and is always in touch at this number. Comfortable. A normal bed, snow-white sheets. The plumbing was probably done only recently, and therefore in good condition. Everything else is in a very poor state. A worn refrigerator, a rusty stove, a cracked kitchen sink, and battered shelves. The air conditioner rattles like a tractor when working, it is not possible to sleep with it. On the plus side, there are attractions, cafes, shops, and transport stops nearby. There is also a very convenient VN1 bus, which allows you to quickly get to the beach. By the way, you can hear the mosque in the room and you can hear the T6 train passing nearby VERY well every 25 minutes. You can hear its vibration very well. And the "squeaking" of the turnstiles at the station is very clearly audible. And there's a school nearby. Very close ) But you know, I'm not pretentious, I liked it for its kind of homeliness, I returned to it as if it were home. I don't know why, but the second week I left it for another hotel with sadness, even though the other hotel was better. This hotel has excellent accessibility to everything you need, a quiet neighborhood where locals sit and drink tea in the morning, there are no migrant workers, beggars, merchants and questionable personalities. There are people who recognize you in a week and greet you. And very convenient transport accessibility as a compromise to the location in silence (if you can say so, knowing that there is a school nearby and a train passes 100 meters away))) . The condition of the rooms is depressing, something needs to be done about it. Until they put this in order, I will not return there, although I liked it (for the unassuming public, of course). Be careful, for some reason it costs significantly more on booking sites than you can take it, definitely NOT for that money.
