A cozy, colorful hotel. Clean, attentive staff. Good breakfasts, but without the usual cereals: vegetables, fruits, omelets, sausages, French fries, red salted fish, pastries, cheeses, jams, honey in honeycombs. Everything is fresh. In front of the rooms on the terraces there are relaxation areas where you can sit with the company, enjoying the cool evening. Due to the convenient location of the hotel, the terraces offer very beautiful views, including a parade of balloons, which sometimes fly directly over the hotel. There is a cafe and a souvenir market within walking distance. I recommend.

Great restaurant. The dishes are great. I especially liked the beef with dried fruits. The interior is beautiful and the view is one of the best in this place. Live music in the evening. We were at the time of the full moon - the moon rises very beautifully. Outside in January, mulled wine was brewed in a large vat. We will definitely come back here.

A gorgeous authentic room in a rock, it's clean and beautiful. The staff is helpful, the girl at the reception speaks Russian. I definitely recommend it and I want to come back again.

Visiting Cappadocia was my number 2 dream! Since we traveled by car, we arrived at 4 a.m. I met an insanely nice guy, the manager, talked clearly, explained everything and explained everything - thank you very much. Even though we had a limit on the card, he said "pay for nothing tomorrow"… The hotel itself was very pleasant, cozy and beautiful. The terrace on the balls is coolly decorated for photos. On the second day, they came to pay, there was a beautiful Russian-speaking girl. I helped to send postcards to friends and family. I took the payment, but we did not pay attention that for 1 night, instead of 2. At the check-out, we were met by two female managers. One spoke very poorly, even in English. The second one, with a very rude smoky voice, was always indignant in Turkish. As a result, we had a limit again, but we had to leave urgently. They asked for a link to the payment, so the limit is not terrible. To which they indignantly said for about an hour that there was no such thing. Later it turned out that they have links to payment. But they did everything very slowly - while being indignant… In the end, I left to stay out of the conversation. But when I sat for another hour!!! I came back to explain - so that everything would happen faster, to which this rude girl with a smoky voice offered to call the police and called me "stupid"!!!! Dear administration!!! In any hotel, the staff should not behave like this!!! And even more so in one of the most expensive and decent hotels!!! It's a 5k!!! Solve the problem!!!
