The hotel is conveniently located in the inner city, in close proximity to the Maiden Tower. Breakfast on the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the tower and the Caspian Sea. The breakfast menu includes a choice of egg dish or porridge and a standard set of dishes (can be seen in the photo). The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. The staff tries to help with all the questions you ask. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to move 3 times during the 3 nights I spent at the hotel. I do not recommend a room with a view of the atrium, you can hear everything that happens in the lobby and at the reception, it is difficult to relax... Otherwise, everything is fine, the further away the room is from the reception, the less audibility.

The hotel's location is excellent! You can hardly find a better one. Old town, Maiden Tower, walking distance to the embankment. Very beautiful. You walk into the room and gasp! The high ceilings are all extremely impressive. But there are nuances. The hotel is tired. VERY hard mattresses and poor linen, especially pillows. The room has everything. Safe, large TV, kettle, excellent WIFI. The staff smooths everything out! Young, hospitable guys. Any whim. That's why I'm adding from four to five) Yes, breakfast. A wonderful May weekend at the Sultan Inn Boutique Hotel. We had a rest from May 9-11, 2025. The hotel is located in the old town, which made us very happy. Our windows faced directly onto the Maiden Tower. The staff is very friendly, all the guys are great. We were always happy to help with any questions. Towels, disposable slippers, and water were changed every day. Breakfast in the restaurant is continental (optional 3 types of scrambled eggs and 2 types of porridge) + a standard set of snacks + optional coffee or tea. In general, this was enough for us. Breakfast takes place on the veranda, there is a very beautiful view of the Caspian Sea and the Maiden Tower. Overall, we were completely delighted with both the city itself and the hotel where we spent this weekend. Definitely come back again)

We had a rest in Baku and stayed at the Sultan In Hotel for 9 days. We were greeted at the reception by an Alikber with a constant smile and good wishes. We managed to stay in a standard room and an improved one, we liked everything)) The restaurant with delicious and very satisfying breakfasts is located on the top floor of the hotel building, offering a beautiful view of the sea, the maiden tower and the city, the restaurant has an excellent chef and reasonable prices)) In the morning (at five o'clock) The mullah woke us up with his singing (there is a mosque next to the hotel), BUT even this fact could not spoil our impression. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.

Air conditioning, shower, Internet, TV, refrigerator - everything is there and works great. Breakfast is served on the third floor in a restaurant with panoramic views of Baku, the breakfasts are delicious with several hot dishes to choose from. The most friendly staff: We were here on our honeymoon and on the last evening of the trip we were congratulated with a compliment from the hotel (fruit, dessert, wine and a postcard with handwritten wishes). I booked a hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is beyond praise. We arrived in Baku early, the hotel had free rooms, so we managed to check into the hotel earlier for a little money. We slept, had breakfast, went for a walk. The hotel is located next to the Maiden Tower, which we admired from the window of our room. The room is spacious with good furniture, clean, cozy, comfortable, stylish. As a heat source, a split system + an electric fireplace. Daily replenishment of couplet accessories, bottled water, change of towels. The breakfasts are very tasty and hearty, traditional Azerbaijani breakfast + hot dish (omelet, scrambled eggs, especially delicious egg with herbs or tomatoes, porridge). We had breakfast at 9, I didn't want to eat before dinner. Young men work at the reception, they are very attentive, ready to help resolve any issue. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We wanted to move to Rixos or Hilton or a similar hotel in four nights, primarily for the panoramic view from the windows. But we took a walk in the places where they are located and changed our minds. There is nothing to add here) 3. Breakfast yes, the same thing every day. The plate is large for everyone by default - four types of delicious cheeses, olives, Honey, jam, sausage and sausages a little, greens, tortillas. Plus, you can choose from different scrambled eggs, two porridges, yogurt with real fruits. You can also take an omelet , let 's say , along with porridge . Delicious. Those who write that they are bothered by the same thing, it is interesting to look at their breakfast during the week.. 4. Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Deluxe room.We booked a room in a 4-star hotel, and when we arrived, we saw 5 stars attached to the hotel. Of the advantages: location. The hotel is located in the old town, near the embankment with shopping centers and museums, pedestrian street, metro in ten minutes walk. Our room had cosmetics (updated every day if you used, slippers (new every day), bathrobes, kettle, tea, coffee and water bottles. Cons: It was unpleasant for us to have too intrusive service at the meeting: they took us to the room (the hotel is very small, it's hard to get lost, and we didn't have luggage, they connected WIFI (they didn't provide a password)- the quality is good. The room is located under the restaurant, so you could hear in the evening and at night how often something was moved loudly. In the room, you can hear the bell ringing from the front door ( on weekends, guests walk all night). To keep the room warm, the air conditioner was constantly (loudly) working. Cleaning consisted only of taking out the garbage and replacing towels and cosmetics. The floor and the bathtub were not cleaned when they tried to tell about the dirt at the reception in Russian, they did not understand it in English, similarly, unfortunately, we do not know Azerbaijani. They clearly wiped a piece of the floor with a napkin and showed it, but the result remained the same. Breakfast: you won't stay hungry, of course, but if the same thing is brought to you every day (salty cheese (honey was good), a small piece of sausage and sausage, a tasteless omelet (I had to take fried eggs), porridge (grits filled with milk) or yogurt with fruit (a small piece of apple, cut very finely) and three slices of tomatoes (on the first day they were brought unwashed, dirty), very unpleasant. The price does not match the quality.

In February 23, we rested at this hotel. We chose it based on reviews and the location of the hotel. No mistake! A gorgeous place (within walking distance of everything that a guest of the city can wish for). The hotel is very cozy, clean, colorful! Continental breakfasts, three dishes to choose from are beyond praise, live music in the evening and also delicious and not expensive! The restaurant has a view terrace on the top floor of the hotel. All employees are sooo friendly and caring. I highly recommend this hotel.
