The staff is polite and ready to help, but the service in some places does not seem to be fully worked out — there are nuances: the mattresses are too harsh, noise is sometimes heard from the big street, and the hammam does not always work in the spa area. The bathroom is well equipped, and cleaning is regular. The price corresponds to the level, if you do not require perfect compliance with five stars.
