This restaurant is a true immersion in Turkish culture! The atmosphere is very authentic. Although the menu is presented only in Turkish and English, and there is no Russian-speaking staff, the caring waiters communicate perfectly in English and talk in detail about the dishes. To make it easier to choose, we were offered Wi-Fi and access to the restaurant's Instagram page with photos of dishes. We settled on a traditional salad with vegetables and three types of cheese, as well as lamb meat, which the waiter recommended to us (unfortunately, I did not remember the name). The restaurant is non–alcoholic, but they offer Derbysh wine, a refreshing drink similar to sherbet made from water and honey. They explained to us that it is useful for digestion. While waiting for the order, we were treated to traditional Turkish snacks: jalapeno, butter, cheese and yogurt with flatbread. The dishes are prepared very quickly, and most importantly – delicious! And at the end of the meal, guests are given small gifts to choose from: antiseptic for hands, a lighter, a pen or musical spoons. If you want to plunge into the real Turkish atmosphere, I highly recommend it!
