It all started with the fact that we were greeted at the reception without any interest, very coldly and pretending that we were interfering with our business with our presence. We left our suitcases and went for a walk while waiting for the room. We walked from the reception to the room with our suitcases in back alleys for about 3-4 minutes. The janitor helped us with one suitcase. The room is sooooo old, it's been repaired for at least 20 years. It was poorly cleaned, there was not enough linen for those who settled in. The floor was dirty, and I found a bucket with a mop and old water myself, and I washed both the bucket and the floor in the two-story room, because I couldn't let the children on that floor. The youngest child is allergic and I had to remove the curtains and put them in the closet so that he would not suffocate. There is no washing machine, so it was easier to remove them, especially since they are not fixed and it is easier to do this than to achieve cleaning. When I asked for the missing set of underwear at the reception at 17:00, I was offered to wait for morning, as it is inconvenient now... In the end, they brought it, but they put this kit in such a way that I wanted to say "thank you for not nailing it). We bought toilet paper ourselves, a dish sponge and a knife (we left the knife for future guests). They asked to change the board, as the old one was layered and covered in black mold. Replaced it. There is no drinking water, it is good that check-in is not at night and there is a fruit shop with water nearby. There were detergents. The refrigerator can only freeze, since there is no door. The kitchen is soooo dirty. Half of the lighting is inoperable. The narrow staircase leading to the third floor smelled of some kind of chemical, the smell did not fade. The mattress in the bedroom is quite decent, the linen is white. The sofas are in poor condition, with broken armrests and stained. They didn't try to turn on the air conditioner for fear of getting sick, I'm not sure if they're being serviced. The management is very rude and reacts nervously to any simple request. Ceilings and window frames were leaking during the rain at night. The terrace, the location, the view, and the preliminary plans made us put up with it. But the rest was overshadowed by this hotel and, most importantly, by the management's attitude towards the guests. A human, kind, hospitable attitude is something that can allow you to turn a blind eye to some inconveniences. But in this location, everything is against the guests. For a one- or two-night stopover, it's fine. The main thing is that you have a patient attitude towards missing underwear, dirt and rudeness.

Of the advantages, the location and that's it. To begin with, this hotel is scattered throughout the area. We were brought to the address indicated on the Booking, but then we stomped to "our" apartments on foot with suitcases in our hands. When we got there, it became clear that this was not the room we had booked at all. The room was in terrible condition, the furniture was broken, the sofa was horribly stained, and what was the kitchen was indescribable. I was in shock, so I didn't take any photos. I presented the booking photos to the hotel representative and refused to check in. I had to go back to the head office for a showdown. The hotel representatives did not bat an eye and said that in their opinion this room was better for us and therefore they made a replacement, but since I did not like it, I had to wait until another room was cleaned and we were settled there (this was the third address). But it wasn't our room, the one we booked was ALREADY OCCUPIED! We flew all night and didn't have the energy to look for another hotel anymore, at least this room had a better layout and furniture in better condition. As a result, the check-in took place at 16.00 instead of 14.00. This room was also bad, the photo is attached. There are cobwebs on the ceilings, holes in the walls, black mold and dirt in the bathroom. I had a terrible allergy in it, and I had the pills with me. We were freezing in the room for 3 days, it was very damp, things were wet, the air conditioner wasn't working, after contacting the manager, they came to do something with it and it just started blowing weakly like a fan. I had to write to the manager again, they turned on the heating in our toga and the room began to dry out. We lived in it for 9 days, during that time we never cleaned, we changed towels once and wrapped swans out of them, gave us a new set of linen for an extra place (not made up!) the sheet turned out to have holes, when they asked the manager to change it again, he was offended, but brought the whole bed linen. What else...there is no sound insulation at all, wifi works disgustingly, the windows are blowing, the curtains are torn and very dirty, no one has washed them for 10 years, they bought toilet paper themselves, the toilet was constantly leaking and because of this the foot towel got wet, the glass of the shower stall was never washed, they were all in nasty stains.((( I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Look for another option. I have a very unpleasant impression of them.

In principle, a good hotel in the very center of Istanbul's tourist destinations. We booked at the Booking Office, upon arrival late at night, since the flight arrived at 22.00 and it was delayed by an hour, the hotel told us that our reservation had been canceled, although no notifications had been received. We were put up in another small room for one night, which smelled very musty. But the next day at lunch they checked into our room. Breakfast flew off the first day, and from the second day they were, but very monotonous, brought to the room. Photo on the day of departure.
