One of the few places in the city where it is really delicious.
The service is lame, they often forget something, but the last two visits are already better, maybe they already know us, or they just upgraded.)
The food is consistently very tasty hummus, cheese shawarma, and ketmer (dessert).
The meat is also well cooked, everything is neat, beautiful and delicious.
The waiting time is around 10 minutes.
The interior is pleasant, it's a bit noisy on the ground floor, we always choose the second floor (it's especially beautiful in the evening, because of the panoramic windows). But sometimes we are not allowed to sit at the table we like, because it is designed for more people, and there are always two of us. It's annoying sometimes, but for the sake of delicious hummus, you can turn a blind eye to it.

I visited the Turkish restaurant "Sultanbey" and was satisfied. The cozy atmosphere with a traditional interior creates the atmosphere of a real Turkey. The staff is polite and attentive.
The food is delicious and authentic, and I especially liked traditional Turkish dishes such as kebabs and meze. The portions are large and the dishes are served beautifully.
The prices are slightly above average, but the quality and portions justify it.
A great place to enjoy Turkish cuisine and spend the evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

It's a good place, but there are unpleasant nuances.
There is a cart with dirty dishes on the veranda right by the tables, and the waiters continue to put the dishes there, and it is in full view of everyone. This spoils the impression of the interior and furnishings.
I waited for cappuccino for 15 minutes, it was already brought with cold milk and barely warm coffee.
Apparently the waiters were overloaded, although it is a weekday, lunch time.
To connect Wi-Fi, you need to go to the waiter and ask for the password (there is no information about the password on the table or in the menu).
When ordering the katmer dessert (which is depicted in the menu with a ball of ice cream), I was charged an additional 6 somoni for ice cream. If you are a Turkish restaurant, please do not change the Turkish traditions. In Turkey, I ate this dessert in 5 restaurants, and ice cream was always included in the price - without it, this dessert would not be called a Katmer.
Overall, a delicious restaurant with a beautiful interior. This place can become the best in the city if the team is more attentive to details.
If you are planning an event in a restaurant, the second floor is much neater and more beautiful (the last 3 photos).
