Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about this hotel, specifically about the "restaurant". On a daily basis, every morning, we were asked if we would have lunch or dinner, we said which was more suitable for us. On Sunday, February 18, when we had to leave, I extended the room with lunch until 17:00 for an additional fee of 180 dirhams. Upon arrival at the "restaurant", 2 dishes that I could eat, out of only a small selection, were empty. To which I turned to the manager of this restaurant, to which he told me, but it was over, and there would be no more. After that, I contacted the reception to get the money back, the answer is: I have already billed the system, a refund is not possible. Bottom line: I wasted my money!!!! I am very disappointed with this hotel! And I will never recommend it to anyone! I paid money to eat before leaving for the airport, but I was left without money, and hungry! На русском Добрый день! Хотела бы оставить отзыв об этом отеле, конкретно о "ресторане". На ежедневной основе каждое утро, нас спрашивали будем ли мы обедать, либо ужинать, мы говорили, что нам больше подходит. В воскресенье 18 февраля, когда нам нужно было уезжать, я за дополнительную плату 180 дирхам продлила номер с обедом до 17:00. По приходу в "ресторан", 2 блюда которые я могла бы поесть, из всего небольшого выбора, было пусто. На что я обратилась к управляющему данного ресторана, на что он мне сказал, а все закончилось, и больше не будет. После этого я обратилась на ресепшен, чтобы вернули деньги, ответ : я уже выставила счет системе, возврат денег не возможен. Итог : я отдала деньги на ветер!!!! Очень разочарована данным отелем! И никогда, никому, его не посоветую! Заплатила деньги чтобы покушать перед выездом в аэропорт, а осталась без денег, и голодная!

We had a rest from 12/29/2025 to 01/08/2026 excellent location of 2 beaches within walking distance. To the left of the hotel is a municipal one with a toilet and changing rooms. On the right, it's also clean, but without amenities, there are rescuers everywhere. I didn't like room 316 without a balcony, it was noisy upstairs, someone was walking, making noise, washing at night. The audibility is excellent. The cleaning is average. The food was good, we had 3 meals a day, everything was fresh every day, for 5 meals. The choice is not big, but always for lunch meat, chicken and fish. The soup at lunch and in the evening is always different. If the room has a balcony, then the hotel will be great! Excursions from the hotel to the left Azamat is sitting on a chair at the neighboring hotel, the price tag is 2 times lower than that of the guide. But it's up to you, of course. The staff is responsive, they try to please, all requests are fulfilled very quickly. They gave me an adapter without any questions, because the sockets are Chinese, keep in mind. There is no hair dryer, take your own. There is a fridge and a kettle. We went to the seaside, we went swimming, we tanned ourselves, that's the best thing in winter. I recommend it for unassuming tourists!
