If your budget is limited, in principle, the hotel will be suitable for an overnight stay. The area itself is pretty decent, there are McDonald's, Starbucks, hypermarkets, although there are a lot of locals in sneakers near the hotel and it was a bit stressful to return home after 23:00. The room itself is not bad, there are beds, a balcony, a bathroom, BUT our refrigerator did not work, the room card broke, the water was turned off on the last day. It's tolerable, but maybe we won't come back here next time.

Friendly staff. That's it. The photos of the hotel were taken in its heyday many years ago. We stayed one night and left early in the morning. The building is under renovation, the jackhammers were pleasing to the ear until two in the morning.
