The food is beyond praise, the portions are huge, we almost burst, We cooked very quickly. They paid 5000 rubles for this whole feast. The impressions are the best. We visited the institution several times. I always have a very good impression of the food, the service, the interior, and the cleanliness. But today - the disappointment of the service and cuisine, which blurred the whole impression of visiting the institution. We were served by Daniel, the waiter, who was doing a favor rather than working. He constantly had to be called through other waiters, he carried orders for sooooo long. Even beer. When I went to look for him, because he didn't please us with his presence for 40 minutes, but I wanted to close the account and make a takeaway order, I found him sitting relaxed next to the hostess, and he deigned to serve us. We were sitting all this time with dirty empty dishes and used napkins, which were cleaned several times by other waiters. We waited 55 minutes for the takeaway order instead of the promised 30, and through another waiter we were asked to find out how long we had to wait - Daniel immediately took it out. It seemed that the order was just standing there and it wasn't brought to us. The pasta with octopus was without octopus and very tough, not "aldente", but rather hard and with "seafood-type" rubber pieces. We are unlikely to visit the institution anymore. Sorry...
