+ Russian-speaking staff, availability of breakfast, delicious bread, quickly report products, respond to requests and comments, there is an elevator and convenient hotel accommodation. From "-": the room is gloomy (but there are different lighting options), the window was not closed tightly, so in the evening you can hear the noise from the street, breakfast is the same every day (although hearty). Room cleaning is irregular. But there are still more benefits from living. Prosperity to you!

The four of us stayed two nights in this hotel at the end of September.
We were given a room with 3 beds + a sofa, although we wanted separate rooms (3chel and 1chel). The sofa was terribly uncomfortable.
The front door wouldn't close, the lock was broken. It was very stressful.
A nice balcony in the room is a big plus of the room.
The breakfasts are modest.
The staff speaks Russian!
There is no possibility to park a car near the hotel, narrow streets, local people are stuck on both sides of the car. In general, paid parking for two blocks cost us 900tl in two days (we still negotiated this).
The hotel itself takes only cash, with a card only +16% bank commission.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The standard 3* was declared. The lobby of the hotel is very small, gloomy and poorly lit, The furniture in the room is shabby, the room was provided dirty, the sink is dirty along the edge, the bed linen is dirty and torn, the blinds are very old and sooo dirty, the room does not correspond to the declared standard3*, the room itself is tiny, and what is most terrible, in an apartment building, permanent residents they interfered with a comfortable rest until late at night!!! The room was not cleaned after the previous tenants. Even the ending roll of toilet paper was not removed after the previous tenants. The hotel area is sooo dirty, the hotel is dirty, the breakfasts are very poor every day the same and of extremely poor quality. There are hotels on the next street (100 meters away) that are very different externally, internally with a clean surrounding area and, most importantly, at a price lower than in the Sun! On 4/12 2024, the number at Sun cost 4000 rubles. Maintenance staff(kitchen , room cleaning) in one person - an Asian woman. I wrote a claim to the travel agency!
