A bad store. I bought an anti-mosquito lamp, turned it on in the evening, worked for 15 minutes and went out. The next day I brought it to the store, in a box and with a receipt. He explained the situation, but in a rather harsh manner, the staff began to say that they had no guarantees, they would not return the money and the lamp would not be changed. Literally: "we don't know if you've been poking it with a stick at home."🤦♂️ They said they could call an electrician and he would come and look for 10-20l.🤯 In short, he spat on all this, took the lamp and left. Bottom line: I sorted everything out at home. The lamp contacts are heavily oxidized, and 2 resistors on the board have burned out, apparently due to the contacts. Apparently, they haven't been sold since last year and they've been stored all winter under unclear conditions, such as humidity and all that. Well, okay, everything happens, but the attitude of the staff is just disgusting. In general, be careful when shopping here.
