One of the best residential complexes in the city with a very large courtyard area of 2.3 hectares. Unfortunately, it is not without flaws: the blocks were built alternately, starting from 2007-2008, which is why the houses of the first stage were outdated technologically and from the point of view of engineering communications. Restoration takes up a large part of the budget, while raising funds for the maintenance of houses is the second big problem of the complex. In 2023-2024, it was possible to restore order with the governing bodies and, consequently, with the welfare of the complex. It is unclear how the next change of management bodies and work with the budget will affect the complex in the future.
