Simply horrible. Shabby, dirty, smelly - you absolutely do NOT want to stay here ever. 1 star at most, would say more of a hostel than real hotel.

Nice staff, very friendly.
The location is very convenient, within walking distance to all attractions.
The rooms are clean, but very simple and shabby in places, views from the window to the courtyard well. It doesn't matter to me, since I mostly walked and studied the city. WiFi is also available in the rooms. The breakfasts are also quite simple, but it was OK for me too, I didn't eat at the hotel)
Do not change money at the hotel, the course is very unprofitable.

we chose the hotel based on the reviews and the good location and price. How wrong we were... there are no 4 stars here!!! the most important and simply unperturbed disadvantage turned out to be BED BUGS!!!! everyone woke up bitten, the bites still haven't gone away, I'll attach a photo
. The breakfasts are cold and tasteless, there are three dining tables for the entire hotel

On the first day, the window in our room did not work, to which the hotel employee said that nothing could be done and the room could not be changed, which is why we slept at +3 degrees with the window open and very cold, and in general it is very cold in the hotel, the windows are blowing. Fortunately, our room was later changed, but this does not negate the huge disadvantage in the form of bedbugs that went home with us. The question is about the quality of cleaning and the frequency of bed linen changes, unsanitary conditions cannot be allowed for any money.
I ask the hotel administration to pay attention to my complaint and take action.
