The hotel specializes in banquets. The decoration inside is pompous, but it looks dilapidated. If you are in Nur Sultan on a business trip, then it is better to choose another option. My colleague's room smelled of cigarette smoke. In my room, half of the washstand handles are broken, the t/paper holder is broken. There are work desks, but instead of table lamps there are vases and flowers on them. I often go on business trips. Even in private mini-hotels without stars, breakfast is incomparably better (you can order one of the offered options in the evening, usually 2-3 of them), There are no options here. There are no salt and pepper shakers. Drinks include instant coffee in a jar and 2 types of tea bags, just black and just green. On the first day, the drinks ended there. On the second day, juice and milk with muesli appeared on the counter, and on the third day they disappeared again. Being a very unassuming person in general, there was no saturation after such a breakfast. What can we say about men?

Upon arrival, a transfer of 2500 tenge was phoned from the airport and it should be called a couple of hours before arrival. I compared it with Yandex taxi, it came out 1800tg. I arrived at the hotel at 22:00 at the reception, the card did not pass the payment, the employee says write down my number on the caspi card and throw it off. I gave the keys, I went up, and there was some kind of toy. Well, I think I made a mistake, I went down. The employee says yes, that at 23:00 it is possible to end according to the law, everything is correct on the 2nd floor you have a room. I asked to be escorted to the room. So he went ahead and didn 't even take my suitcase and didn 't ask if he could help me . Ok, I go into the room immediately with no sound insulation, the socket is hanging, all the furniture is old, there was a 2-chamber refrigerator disconnected and a heater in the middle of the room. I went to the toilet, there is no hot water . There is no heating , the pipes are barely warm . The chicken in batter, tea and bread caused dinner, the bill was 3500. Not tasty. I slept in clothes and a hat. The lock was locked in the morning . I don 't recommend a terrible hotel .
