Terrible experience after changing the team. The kitchen is a complete failure. I ordered a tom yam - tasteless, absolutely bland, no salt, the shrimp are not peeled. It's just a shame. I also ordered a quesadilla, which is disgusting. It feels like the cook doesn't even know what kind of dish it is. It's not just bad, it's unprofessional. The cook must be replaced. With this approach, the kitchen only spoils the name of the establishment. Separately, I would like to note the behavior of the cook and the administrator — loud conversations, shouting, and even smoking in the presence of guests. This is absolutely unacceptable. The waiters, by the way, are trying, but they clearly lack professional behavior. The toilet is a separate story. I wanted to wash my hands, but there was a real mess, dirt and unsanitary conditions. Conclusion: the standard of the institution has dropped sharply. I hope the management will pay attention to this. It won't work that way.
