Excellent complex! A distinctive feature is cleanliness and well-groomed! There are several types of steam rooms. Three rooms, all with pools. One room (Japanese style) has a children's pool adjacent to the main deep pool, approximately 60 cm deep. The Oriental Room has two steam rooms: Finnish and hammam. In Finnish cuisine, it is made from Himalayan salt and juniper. If you have a cold, visiting this sauna can help prevent illness. I checked on myself, my throat stopped hurting. A Russian sauna, aka "Country", aka "Three-storey building" with a wood-burning stove and a small swimming pool. This room is more suitable for large companies and celebrations.

Clean, cozy and caring staff. I chose from many baths in the city, we went specifically to look at the cleanliness, beauty, how the staff communicates, whether they are ready to go to a meeting, whether it is possible to bring food without a clear collection and positive recommendations from friends and acquaintances- and the choice was definitely in favor of these baths. Super gut by all accounts.

Reasonable prices , very clean , lots of different dishes on the menu.The only cool water in the pools is in the bathhouse with an abundant amount of chlorine - children's eyes are so red from irritation after 2 hours.

Interior for 5. Service for 3. Kitchen below the baseboard. Broken dishes. Torn sheets. The child's eyes were red from chlorine for two days. There is a terribly small steam room in the Japanese hall, it also smokes. The showers are all for two. We didn't have much rest.

Not bad. But the kitchen is not very good. There is a swimming pool for children and adults. Small ones. There is only one shower and toilet and one more in the building. The cost, I think, is overestimated 3000 tenge for an adult and 2500 for a child for a whole day, but usually no one spends the whole day. Therefore, I think the cost is not justified. In the neighboring pool for three hours 2000 and 1500 on weekdays.

There is no place to change clothes. The hammam turned out to be too hot. Small tiles flew off in places in the pool, which cut my leg. There is a lot of chlorine in the water, it is stale. The dishes are clean, well, the bath itself at first glance, too. It turned out that they had to pay extra for the children, 2000 each. There were 5 adults and children. Sauna for 6 people. There was an incomprehensible situation at the exit...Conclusion: to find out all the details on the shore, so that there would be no misunderstandings...

I will not speak for the whole complex, I will only say about the Japanese hall. Everything is clean, cozy, and warm. All furniture and appliances are intact, not killed. The administration is polite and smiling people.
