Заказала тур, на март, отель Portobello, Анталия. В итоге, некуда не полетели, была проблема с лизингом по использованию самолётов . Перенесли отдых на октябрь. Но в заказанный нами отель, тур отсутствует, но есть в прямом доступе в интернете. В обмен предлагаются туры в другие отели. Вопрос стоял о возврате средств, если не могут предоставить отель. Ни денег, ни отеля...
