Definitely 5 ⭐️ Room cleaning and replenishment of the minibar with other consumables takes place every day, the rooms are new, beautiful, tidy, pleasant to be in. You don't even know what to say about the buffet, your eyes run away, everything is delicious and you want to try everything, and there are other places for a snack during the day besides the buffet (you'll never stay hungry). The bar is great, they don't spare alcohol, they pour drinks to the brim, cocktails and other drinks for every taste, color and smell. The territory is always tidy, landscaped, everything is covered with palm trees, fir trees and other exotic plants. There is a really large central pool (not like in many paddling pools), which hosts various activities and games throughout the day, even if you don't want to participate in them, it's always interesting to see, there is a pool with water slides that will be interesting for both children and adults (I personally spent a lot of time there). About the staff, I will say that they are responsive, smiling and pleasant people, they will always listen and help even without knowing the language, they will always find ways. The beach is clean and well maintained, there are enough sun beds without any problems, there is always a lifeguard, there is a snack bar where there is always something to eat. The hotel is great, the best vacation of all time, came out much cheaper than at our resort in the black sea with unjustified price tags, which I will never return to 🙃

The lobby bar is the best in cocktails, Baileys and Margaritas are delicious. Ice cream every day, very tasty. The area is very botanical and comfortable. Annimation every day, we liked it. The very friendly staff and the waiters and the administration helped us a lot when the flight was postponed for 6 hours, we were offered to change into a Spa, we were given towels, we went to the sea, then we used the sauna and shower. Bracelets are not cut off, after check-out, you can use the hotel's services until the transfer arrives. But there are also disadvantages for me, well, suddenly it's very important to someone! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, for me the green area was an important criterion of choice! Everything is green and well maintained! Nice clean pools! There are a lot of advantages!. The food is good, you will not stay hungry 100%! According to the bar: wine G ... , EFES beer is delicious! They don't know how to make cocktails at all! If one of the bartenders is in the mood, they'll give you mint or lemon in a Mahito cocktail, but more often they'll throw everything in a pile and pour sprite with rum. The taste is so-so. We had a Femeli room with a partial sea view for a family of 4 people, we chose it specifically so as not to get to night events with music until late, that's exactly how we got there)))) it was like the whole movement, but as it turned out, the music was blaring until 2 a.m. from a nearby hotel. The children brought full heaps of stones from the sea, they woke up naturally, so no one removed them for 4 days. It is not clear how the bar and coffee are replenished. Bartenders: the most frustrating thing was the bartender on the beach. We stayed with a friend at this hotel for 9 days in the middle of June. The hotel is big and beautiful. The territory is surrounded by greenery, there is a place to walk. There is water 24/7 Beach - the sea is excellent, warm. Perhaps someone will need reef slippers to enter, but we found a convenient entrance and managed without them. There were always enough sun beds. There's a no-man's-land beach to the right of the hotel, so it wouldn't hurt to clean up a bit there, there's a lot of garbage. Animation is a great team, there are a lot of activities, discos depend on vacationers. We went to the evening show with great pleasure. I remember the disco on the beach, it was atmospheric! The water park is small, we didn't go, but people rode all the time. Pools are being cleaned. The contingent is international, there were no conflicts, it will be a plus if you know English. The hotel itself is located on the edge, you can walk to the bazaar, where prices are much lower than in the hotel's shops. We lived in a room where a rooster roars under the windows in the morning (at 04:55 he started), in the morning they take out the garbage (at 05:30 somewhere), and when the weather is calm, it wildly smells like garbage from the balcony. Also, for those who want to exercise, it would be nice for the management to buy at least a couple of dumbbells, and of course it was very surprising that there was no horizontal bar or bars. In general, the hotel is good, but if you are accommodated in a view with beautiful mountains and you see a garbage dump next to the balcony, then urgently ask them to move you, since in the morning from about 05:00 to 06:00 you are unlikely to be able to sleep. We stayed at this hotel with a company in early September 2025. Expectations didn't quite match reality) But I'll start in order. We arrived early in the morning and were pleased that we were checked in immediately (although the check-in was supposed to be only at 3 p.m., we were checked in at 9 a.m. without any problems and surcharges). I was also pleased with the room: it is spacious and bright, with two large balconies and sea views (and this is for two people). The room was clean, there were slippers, a kettle, tea/coffee, two fully filled refrigerators (juices, fanta, sprite, beer, regular and carbonated water), a shower cap, soap (liquid and regular) and cotton pads. There were no bathrobes, ear sticks, brushes, or toothpaste. There was a 2in1 dispenser in the shower, so we realized that it was shampoo and shower gel, but we didn't use it). Cleaning was carried out every day, but cleaning consisted only of changing towels and replenishing the bar. I didn't notice the floors being washed in 11 days, maybe there was some kind of dry cleaning, but even then it wasn't every day (because small stones that were brought from the swimsuit from the sea could lie on the floor for several days), but in general we kept order by ourselves, so we had some kind of mess. There wasn't. The room also has a free safe and two TVs (Russian channels were from 52 :)). The air conditioner was working fine. More or less normal cocktails were made only in the Lobby. Wi-Fi is generally terrible. I didn't catch anything normally anywhere, only in the lobby. In the morning, there are 2 types of porridge: oatmeal and rice, omelet, fried eggs, eggs 3 and 5 minutes, pancakes, lots of greens, vegetables, rolls, cheese and sausage, by the way, edible chicken, etc., try the cheese like Kaymak called labneh-spread on a bun, delicious. A mountain of sweets: fresh onions, all kinds of cakes, all delicious fruits: oranges, grapefruits, apples of several types, pears, bananas, watermelons, strawberries only for desserts. They give ice cream at the beach bar, fast food-you won't be hungry. Grandma also bakes gozleme tortillas- well, she cooks without gloves, she eats with her left hand in front of me, but I don't advise her to do it with her right The pool is the largest with a depth of 1.40 it is not dangerous for children with parents There are animations for children and adults On the 5th day of the vacation, the whole family caught rotovirus... fortunately, we took out insurance for everyone. They called the insurance company, gave us a car and took us to a pediatrician's appointment - they took blood from a finger and gave us an injection .. they prescribed treatment. We are being treated. It is a pity that the vacation went to one place!!! There have already been reviews on not fresh food for this hotel.. so I do not know where we picked it up from -provided that we did not leave the hotel … I do not recommend this vacation, if you do not want to suffer with the whole family on the toilet ..
