I had a vacation in Turkey in September 2019! We enjoyed our stay so much that next year at the same time we plan to return to the same hotel! Victoria's manager selected a tour for us, taking into account all our requests. Everything was clear, understandable, without unintended situations. My husband and I are very satisfied with the travel agency.

I will never contact this travel agency again!!! We booked an early stay in Tunisia for 10 nights, 12 days with departure from Kiev. They immediately paid a deposit of $ 300, three days later they asked to deposit another $ 500, which turned out to be half the cost of the tour. Nothing has been heard from the travel agency for two and a half months. A month before departure, we had to pay the remaining amount. The travel agency contacted us and informed us that our flight was postponed 4 days earlier!! This disrupted all our plans, but they gave us a $30 discount and we agreed. But that wasn't the worst part... Three days before departure, we went to the travel agency to get vouchers and plane tickets - it turned out that the departure time had also changed, which no one had warned us about! And not for an hour or two, the flight from Kiev was postponed 3 hours later, and the flight from Tunisia was almost 10 hours later. As a result, we did not get 10 nights, 12 days, but 9 and a half nights, 8 days for the same money!!!

We rescheduled the flight from Egypt a DAY earlier!! Not for an hour or 2, or even 5, for a day! Moreover, the flight number was completely different and the airline company was different. They blame the TUI operator for everything, but they didn't even apologize to us. Some excuses, they say, are not to blame for anything... I understand that there are different situations, but why should the client suffer because of your joints? Is the supplier to blame? Solve the issue with him, the client should not suffer because of this.
