We had a family vacation in November 2023. The biggest plus is the large area, lagoon and reef .
The rooms are old but clean, the mattresses are comfortable, towels were changed regularly, water was brought every day. The water park is not big, but we liked it. The food is without frills , but we did not starve , the breakfasts are very good, a lot of pastries, I especially liked the Feta cheese 👍
I am glad that the hotel has a children's club, you can safely leave your child and go for a swim on the reef (very beautiful).
The hotel is located in the city, you can go shopping or go to a cafe.
The hotel staff is very polite and friendly.
For this money, this is the best option, especially in off-season.
We liked it, we will come again 🩷

I rested this summer in this hotel, it takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea, either run through a crazy road, with local drivers, or through an underground passage in which even repairs have been made, the restaurant is located in a neighboring hotel across the street in this small minus, the pool on site is used mainly only by local vacationers, the room got on a solid 3, well, the hotel has 3 stars, Russian is poorly understood at the reception, but weak English is enough to communicate, the Internet is a problem, WiFi works from tide to tide, if you want your Internet you will have to pay for a SIM card or a router in the room, the beach on the hotel is large, but time from time to time I had to play the game "look for a free sunbed", the beach is not sandy at all, it is not always pleasant to walk barefoot, there is a cool place where you can go "snorkeling" but only until 18.00 then you will be asked to go out, because local rescuers have a working day until 18.00, the food is not bad, if you want you can even eat a lot, it is better to go on excursions through your travel agency. There is a water park, sports grounds and even a gym on site. And finally, the conclusion is that you can relax in this hotel, but maybe for the price tag that it puts, you can find better options.

I was very impressed that the service team is trying very hard , 3 admins and everything is quickly resolved at the first request, everything is cleaned instantly

The hotel is even remotely, by a stretch, not even half a star. At best, it could be... a dormitory.
The rooms are not just "tired" as some write - they are dead in the trash. Wooden frames on the windows and shutters, wooden furniture, the smell of an old smoky sofa, a closet in which, not only clothes, you don't want to put garbage. And some kind of kitchen that I didn't want to go to at all, let alone cook.
Water flows from the taps, which is guaranteed to carry intestinal infections and all kinds of bacteria - it frankly stinks of sewage and this heat will remain on the skin, even after creams and mistes.
The cleaning was fun - nothing was changed, but everything was folded. We just folded our old towels. We moved all our things, even what was lying NEXT to the suitcase turned out to be in IT, which suggests that we were rummaging.
The territory of the hotel is ordinary, unkempt, there is no greenery. There are infinitely many sellers of everything sneaking around the territory - a typical Egyptian "buy a salad". Do you want to sunbathe quietly by the sea? Not today. Today, 30 different sellers will come to you and get into your soul, underpants and where to go - as long as you buy an excursion / massage / diving / souvenirs - anything and 5-10 times more expensive than the norm.
Nutrition - to whom it seemed normal - what do you eat at home? The dining room itself ( not a restaurant, no) is a stuffy little room with a Swedish line. It's very stuffy, very much so. The windows are not opened so that birds do not fly in.
Be sure that once you go to the dining room, its smell will stay with you forever. Food quality - take polysorb and smekta. Only chicken and rice are normal. And vegetables. Everything else is a ticket to a gastroenterologist.
The advantages are the sea, of course. And in general, the hotel is cool, if you do not leave the sea.

I liked the hotel. They feed well and a lot, the food is varied. There is a pool with slides. A sea bay with calm water. There is also a small coral reef. In the evenings, there is a show program for adults and children.

A good apartment hotel for your money. The rooms are of course very tired, but huge. I had to change it at the reception for a little money) It was given much better than at first. And so there are more pluses than minuses. For winter holidays, there is a gorgeous lagoon with wind protection and live corals nearby. Heated pools, excellent water park. Food and drinks are also on the level. There is a place to walk in the evening. The fish market and marina are a 20-minute walk away. If you are not looking for a hotel with a fresh renovation in the rooms, I recommend it!

There are two free restaurants, so I do not advise going to four corners, everything was dragged from the dining room where you eat every day. Visit Mama mia's delicious Italian cuisine. Everything else is cool. Oh, yes, two days before departure, chebureks began to arrive - they bathe in a burqa and their children scream as if they were alone here.
The reviews say that the rooms and furniture need to be repaired - the room was renovated and damn, there is wooden furniture made of WOOD!

We had a rest with a friend from 14.05 to 28.05.2024.
The first time we lived for a week in February in Palacio, the second time in May we took Miret (on the 2nd line) since it is cheaper and they wanted silence on the territory (it did not work out, there is music playing from the speakers from morning to night, it is unclear for whom)
We arrived at the hotel at about 15-20, checked in immediately, room 341.
Perhaps, the room was the only thing that spoiled the holiday experience. The room is large, a bedroom (1 large bed), a living room (there is a sofa), a kitchen corner (without tiles and dishes), old furniture. And a bunch of jambs on the technical side : water was constantly dripping from the faucet in the shower cabin + blockage, the floor in the bathroom was always in water (regardless of whether they took a shower or not, a terrible shower and the size of the shower cabin – see the photo, the balcony door did not close, the bed and closet door creaked violently, an antediluvian TV, the front door sagged and opened with difficulty, the air conditioner in the living room did not cool, but simply drove the air, there is no hair dryer, there is no dryer on the balcony, few sockets and one in the bedroom did not work. We contacted a person from houseeping (who speaks Russian well) about the crane and the condee, as a result, the condee was repaired, the crane was not. But it is necessary to replace that in san.the node is free of mold and mildew.
In the Palacio, too, everything in the room was old, but at least everything worked and there was a good shower.
And at night, mosquitoes bite in the room.
The cleaning, as always mediocre, immediately put a sleeping place on the couch, with a terrible sagging mattress (I cleaned it after the first night). They replenish water, put it in the bathroom, tea, coffee. They change bed linen and towels, take out the trash, wipe the floors.
Food. It was quite acceptable for us, and there wasn't much choice, but you can always find something to eat. There was always beef, fish, chicken, rice, pasta, potatoes, French fries, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, stewed vegetables, pasta, 2 soups. There is a table on which there is always boiled rice without spices, boiled beef and something else. The fruits are very tasty melon, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, dates and once watermelon (buy them yourself, they are very sweet now), desserts (I really liked the souffle), pastries, delicious croissants and cinnamon puffs. Delicious cutlets, kebabs and shawarma, and also young peas. In between main meals, there is a type of fast food and ice cream. Local spirits, spirits, light beer (the coldest at Valera's bar) red and white wine for lunch and dinner (white was periodically running out).
There were no poisoning, even though they drank drinks with ice.
Now there are no problems with the spoons, they are lying next to the soup =)
We visited 2 restaurants a la carte Italian (a lot and delicious) and Chinese (well, such a thing, for an amateur), but the chicken in the sauce is delicious. It is better to take a restaurant at 19-00 in order to have time to go to a regular one.
Of the cons, the coffee is still disgusting, there are dirty glasses, there was rarely mashed potatoes.
Territory. We spent all our time in the Palm Tree and ate right there - calmer and fewer people, the sun beds are not side by side, we updated the umbrellas on the beach, the entrance to the sea is sandy, there is shallow water nearby, where you can look at all kinds of marine vegetation with a mask. At the very end of the territory, you can swim with a mask on the sea (there is a small reef there, the fish are really different, both large and small, stingrays, sea cucumber, etc.) We managed to admire all this now, since in February the water was cold, we did not swim. But this place really lacks a sunshade!!!! It's like a cake there, there are only benches and tables. There are more steps on the descent into the sea at an angle in the opposite direction, you can fly off it for one or two times. There are a lot of crows on the territory, besides the fact that they rummage through bags/packages while you are swimming, they can also bite you.

The buildings are being repaired in Palacio (closer to the sea), noise and dust take place.
There is animation in both Palma and Palacio, but the main movement is still in Palacio. And so the entertainment program is standard + there was a foam party.
Staff. There are no complaints about the staff, everyone is polite.
My friend had a date on 16.05. The waiters in the restaurant staged a whole performance, sang and danced. In the evening, a cake was brought to the room (but without plates and appliances, the cake remained in the refrigerator until the end of the vacation). Usually, in such cases, they provide a fruit plate (this is at least safer). But thanks anyway, it's a pleasure!
Be sure to use sunscreen, we were burned on the second day, as there was a strong wind and the sun was not felt....
The hotel is one of the most budget-friendly with a decent rating, suitable for unassuming guests who go to the sea.
We will come again if the price tag is good.

For a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel, it will do, but some nuances want the best, to fix the faucet, no matter what flows, you have to wait 3 years, everything was done very slowly and for a long time, with children of different sexes they sought a separate bed for 3 days. Thanks to the guide, he helped. The slides are fire, the food will also come down no wow, but you can eat. You can also walk to the sea, but you have to cross the road to the brazen one.

I liked it very much. It's a cool hotel, but the water is cold everywhere. We lived in miretta and it was the quietest area - no one even went to the territory. The kitchen is 50-50. And the sea is very beautiful.

They were from April 20 to May 5, 2023. Repairs are needed!!! EVERYTHING IS outdated!!! Ancient furniture (natural wood), there was no such plumbing even in the Soviet Union. The frames are about to fall out, cracks and cracks. We lived on the top floor in a large room N453, we were never cleaned, and tea, coffee, water, which are provided daily, were never brought in. There is not even a shower gel and shampoo! I am glad that the beach is not far away, and there is a beautiful view of the sea from the window.
