We stayed at the hotel in October 2024.
The food is delicious, there is always meat and fish. But there is not enough variety, very poor breakfasts.
The staff is polite, very lucky with the room cleaning. We had Ahmed. He cleaned every other day at our request. I changed the bed and towels every time.
The rooms themselves are quite old. The furniture is creaky, there is little lighting, the shower cabin is very small with a short watering can. It was not convenient to wash.
The beach is good, especially for families with children. A pleasant entry into the sea. Also, we often went to the territory of the El Palacio hotel. There is a coral reef where there are many different fish. Unfortunately, we were not entirely lucky with the weather, almost the entire rest was a strong wind and the descent to the reef was closed.
The location of the hotel is good. There are many shops nearby. For three dollars, you can take a taxi to the mosque and the fish market. There are a lot of cafes where you can enjoy seafood.

It's not a long drive from the airport, 20 minutes by taxi. The hotel is located in the city center, near the city beach with its music and noise. The sea is quite clean, there is a small lagoon with a children's entrance to the water. There is a long beach along the shore with a descent into the water by stairs, here the bottom is sandy with remnants of reefs. You can go into the water barefoot. There are many different fish and other animals. It's very beautiful)
You can move freely around the territory of all hotels. One of them has a small water park and a bar (there is nothing else there), the other has restaurants, bars, animation.
The hotel has a good restaurant. The food is delicious and quite varied. The menu always has different vegetables and other side dishes, fish and meat. There is not a very large selection of fruits - only seasonal ones.
The hotel has a polite staff, many people understand and speak Russian. If you leave a tip in the room, then crocodiles, elephants and swans from towels will be on the bed.
The rooms are frankly tired. At first glance, everything is there, but the air conditioner lives its own life - periodically switches to fan mode and does not want to cool at all. The furniture in the room is beautiful, but almost all needs to be repaired. The minibar did not work in our room, we applied several times by phone and went to the reception, but the problem was not solved. Mobile Internet does not work here, you have to buy a Wi-Fi password for the number ($5 per day), you can connect only one device, which can become an "access point" for the rest. Even with Wi-Fi and a signal amplifier, be prepared to stay disconnected - the Internet works every other time.

Pros large territory, convenient entrance to the sea, both for children and deep where! Beautiful fish, there is something to see everywhere, a stingray will come, you can dive somewhere shallow and away from the fish restaurant!
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, do not wake up hungry, alcohol is not very good, I did not take any risks if I took wine!
We liked the guides and excursions from biblio globus, we went to Luxor, an ancient city, an interesting guide Samir, thank him very much, good buses,comfortable, went on a liner to the open sea to dive on excursions, sailed to Paradise Island, the wonderful beauty of the island, sand, sea, excellent and the most cheerful guide Sam! I was absolutely delighted! Take excursions, you should like it!
We had a room with a sea view, for $ 20, a wonderful view and impudent crows) who are constantly cawing! Do not take the view inside where the animation is, there will be no rest, do not spare 2,000 thousand for a room with a sea view! The room itself is spacious, clean, cleaned every day! But wooden, old furniture and plaster are falling off in places, but this is tolerable, compared to what you will see in the hotel's circle, and this is a wonderful sea, bay, etc.
There are many locations for photos! In general, I am grateful to this hotel, I liked everything, I took home the warmest memories! Thanks! There was also a professional photographer on the liner, this is for those who like me like to take pictures) of course it's paid and not cheap! In general, I recommend this hotel! Also, the entrance to the sea is better to take slippers, take a mask! And the beach bar is convenient, burgers are given at lunch, there is also free access to their restaurants, also not bad, a lot of people, multinational.I almost forgot, don't take a free sightseeing tour, they say they take you to the mosque and don't take you, but they take you to buy souvenirs, then to the pharmacy and oils, of course they impose everything!
