A quiet and peaceful place to relax. It is located on the seashore. The houses are new, clean, have everything you need for living: a kettle, a mini fridge, clean bed linen, towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a summer kitchen with all the necessary equipment. It's a two-minute walk to the sea. The sea is clean, warm, the beach is pebbly. The territory is guarded, there is video surveillance and Parking for cars. Nearby there is a pharmacy, canteens and cafes by the sea.
The Emir's host is attentive, kind, responsive, honest and decent person. Always at the workplace and ready to solve all issues.
Thanks a lot to Ekaterina, thanks to whom we quickly and promptly booked a house, she was always in touch.
We had a 100% rest, we will definitely come back.

It's a good place. The sea is amazing, there are few people on the beach. The houses are new, there are still flaws, but I think everything will lead to an excellent result.
I would especially like to mention the excellent shared kitchen and washing machine. The location of the kitchen and its equipment is just 5++ Many thanks to the owner
From the wishes: 1) for long-term arrivals (from 3 nights), lay cotton linen. It was uncomfortable for 14 days on synthetics.
2) seal the houses so that insects do not get inside when the windows and doors are closed. Mosquitoes just started, the fumigator 24/7 did not save(((
3) more greenery on the territory, but I think this is in the plans of the owner initially, just not everything can be realized at once.

For those who need the sea and the sun - five stars! Well, if you want beautiful views, normal food and an evening party, then you need to look for a place closer to the center. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook something. There are two dining rooms within walking distance, but they are not open until late in the evening. They cook normally and wine and chacha are everywhere .
Nice houses with air conditioning, hot and cold water, toilet and shower. There are small refrigerators for storing food. It is problematic to place food in the usual amount for three people. But what a master this complex has! How respectful he is to every vacationer! Come and see the non-ostentatious Caucasian cordiality.
