Nice hotel, super friendly staff. Stayed here for two days. It located near Republic square so you can enjoy singing fountains at the evening. There are breakfasts (5000amd I think), didn’t try it though. My room was close to reception and I hear loud voices up to midnight. Someone was talking, laughing and calling. Not big problem for me but consider it if you like absolute silence.

I give 4 stars because of several points.: 1) construction site under the windows. There was no noisy work, but there is no "beautiful view". 2) very poor sound insulation of the room (at 8 a.m., the staff started making noise in the utility room, which woke us up, although there seemed to be no one else in the hotel besides us) 3) the odd size of the blanket on the big bed. It's short - either you can't cover your shoulders, or your legs come out. Overall, the hotel has a pleasant impression, friendly staff, is located on the 16th floor of a residential complex, there is Parking, the location is convenient, the room is clean, there are dishes, but no tea bags. There is only one room with a beautiful view, it is the same size and equipment as all the others, but it costs more only because of the terrace.

Excellent hotel, opened in April, everything is new, gorgeous view of Ararat from the 16th floor, the apartment has everything you need (towel, slippers, toothbrushes, hairdryer, kettle, dishes, stove, refrigerator and even a washing machine). Close to the center. Sometimes a nearby construction site gets in the way (piles are driven in).
