We have been vacationing in this complex for the second time in several months. We really like everything - well-equipped apartments: the kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher; clean furniture, renovation. Very close to the sea, incredibly comfortable with a child! The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean. We lived both in winter and spring - the weather is gorgeous, if it's cool, you can use the air conditioner for heating. You can walk to the store, you can set up delivery, which is very convenient! We worked with Oksana's manager, we highly recommend her - she is very pleasant, tries to get into the situation and help as much as possible in case of any difficulties! In addition, she knows Russian, Turkish, and English, which greatly facilitates communication)

We had a vacation in June 2025. A large, well-maintained beach, but the sea itself ... is a three-star (we traveled by car and therefore were already spoiled by the azure views). But, for a small fee, we were taken to really beautiful places (book trips on the beach). The whole area is well maintained, there are enough pools for everyone. Separately about the villas: there is a barbecue area on each terrace. Inside, the renovation is "battered." And the biggest disappointment was the huge number of house ants that crawled into all the food packages. More than once you woke up at night because someone was crawling over you. While packing my suitcases, I had to check everything carefully so as not to bring them home. In general, there is not enough order inside the houses. Shops are nearby. Even on the beach (with a high price tag) there is a shop where you can buy almost everything.

Excellent location: very close to the sea. The beach is nice, clean, and never crowded. The territory itself is clean, well-groomed, green. There is spontaneous parking for cars outside the complex, but there were no problems finding a place. In short, we found what we were looking for and were satisfied!

A great place for a relaxing holiday, near the end of minibuses, they take 15 minutes to the city center, there is a bar, a shop, a nice beach with stunning views, fantastic sunsets. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest embankment. Each apartment has a barbecue, a terrace, on-site swimming pools, 1 minute to the sea.

My parents have been vacationing there for 5 years in a row, my child and I went for the first time for 3 years, we really liked it:no people , calm and measured.We had a fresh room, renovated, ground floor with access to the pool, heated pools, but it's not scary, the area is clean, well maintained. The beach and the sea are 3 minutes away , nowhere closer . I would like to update the deck chairs for the next season and there would be no disadvantages at all. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the restaurants, the food is quite tasty on the territory, but the prices are higher than we would like, the store on the territory has everything you need.we had a car and we didn't have any problems at all with groceries, visiting the nearest attractions and various beaches, all this is 15-30 minutes from the hotel. We booked the next year right away.

Pros: overall clean, the rooms are cozy, the pools are good, the beach is clean with a shower. Cons: wifi worked very poorly, there were a lot of people everywhere, the pools were overflowing (it's not real to swim there), the room had bedside tables and cabinets half broken , few sockets. We wanted to swim in the pool near the bar in the evening at about 18.30 , they kicked us out , said it was closing, go to another one, it's absolutely not clear why , no one warned us about it.

At my check-in, almost all the bed linen was dirty. The owners of the apartments absolutely do not follow the number - the dead man is completely dead. The apartments on the 1st floor are quite dark, there is little light, but perhaps in the summer in the heat it will be more plus than minus. The apartments on the 2nd floor are brighter and you can even see the sea, the main plus is the proximity to the beach-it's across the street) it's 10’ walk to the store. A bus stops nearby and you can get to the center) Minus for trying to deceive and instill in bad dirty rooms, then they don't really go to a meeting to change them.

For the second time we rest in this apartment complex. It is clear why - for us it is an ideal choice. You can choose apartments with 1-, 2-, 3-bedrooms, (and these are not standard hotel rooms, but full-fledged apartments with a living room, kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, a full set of dishes, a full-size refrigerator, etc., a veranda with a grill and access to the pools). And most importantly - no olinclusive! In general, like at home, but better. Because the sea is just outside the gate. Chalish Beach is, in my opinion, one of the best in Turkey, next to which you can settle. There are absolutely gorgeous beaches, such as Iztuzu, for example, but they are located in protected areas, and you can only get there by car, or through a tourist office. There are plenty of sun beds, umbrellas, and a stationary awning on the beach at the hotel. I have never seen that all the sun beds were occupied - there are always free ones. There is a strip of pebbles along the beach, but in the sea the bottom is sandy. In terms of eating, there is a restaurant in the hotel, there are a dozen more within walking distance, but we stocked up on food at the local Migros and cooked ourselves. Alcohol is expensive, but we found local dry table wine at 110 lire per bottle in the same Migros, grilled lamb in the evenings (there is a wonderful meat department in Migros), fish, kufta, and it went well for this business. For me, the main advantage is silence, peace and the absence of crowds of people. We went to the widely advertised Kash, to explore - maybe we should stop there next time? - so there's nowhere to put a foot there because of tourists, let alone park a car - barely got out - not another foot. Well, to summarize - this is a place for those who love peace and freedom.

The territory is excellent, well maintained, clean, the staff is friendly. I cleaned the apartment myself, cooked by myself, the bed was changed once in 20 days, the service staff. Well, I will not say that I am delighted with such a holiday, of course it is better to have everything ready, it is just one of the types of rest. In principle, the vacation turned out to be budget-friendly but long. I have a lot of friends with children vacationing in neighboring villas, on the territory of the complex, we had fun. The sea is 23.5-24 degrees at this time of year. We swam until the last day, the water was colder in the pools.The contingent of vacationers was 👌 everything was quiet, calm without noisy parties. It's just right to relax there with children!

There is a restaurant, a shop, bicycle rental, a hammam. There are many restaurants, shops, rentals and travel agencies within walking distance. 3. An ideal place to relax, especially with children. We rested at Sunset beach club from May 27 to June 26, 2023. We rented two - bedroom apartments . Everything is very good - the beach is nearby, there are enough sun beds on the beach, the pools are clean, there are enough sun beds by the pools. The territory is being cleaned. Before the start of the season, at the end of May, repairs were completed outside. Cleaning in apartments once a week - cleaning, linen change (we often rest in apartments - there was no cleaning anywhere). A dishwasher and a lot of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, everything for ironing , enough places to store clothes, TV with Russian channels. When dealing with some problems, everything was solved in a timely and fast manner. Shops - you need to walk for 5-8 minutes or by dolmusha. Fethiye liked his unhurried and not fussy life. There are agricultural markets with goods from vegetable gardens .
