The staff is good, but the receptionists at the reception are all past their ears... This hotel can be classified as a mystical hotel, where the guests' belongings can disappear by themselves and the hotel administration does not want to be responsible for anything. Unfortunately, PEGAS Touristik also replied that they "don't give a damn" about the problems of tourists. Despite the fact that this situation is extremely disappointing, I try to be objective. Everything is cold, food is brought from somewhere, rice porridge is put yesterday (at 7 a.m. it is icy, they cannot heat it up). Pancakes are rubber, burnt, omelet every day! too salty , as luck would have it. One chicken, no meat! except for the lamb bones in the gravy. - the beach is dirty, there are broken boards on which legs can be broken, sun beds are old, umbrellas fly out, no one will help on the beach, there is no employee. - rudeness, manager!Personally, he told me who you are to make remarks to the hotel, no one is holding you, get out! We stayed at the hotel in August 2019 with children of 8 years old. Everything has already been said, I will never go here again, disgusting service, disgusting food, disrespectful attitude towards Russian tourists; on the first day, when I still did not remember what and how long it worked, I witnessed such a picture: as a hotel employee drives tourists out of the pool at 18 o'clock, we only treat stray dogs this way...the washed, leaky linen, which has not been changed once during the rest, was "cleaned" twice in the room, never in the toilet, cleaning - during the children's daytime nap, loudly bangs on the door and immediately bursts in... there is no animation, it is impossible to swim with children in the sea, water is drawn into coolers from the tap, bottles are lying in the mud behind the kitchen, the canteen is not designed for such a number of tourists, there is always a queue for food, jostling, there are either no dishes or it is dirty. The sun beds are all sagged and torn. The children threw up 4 times each on the last night before departure, flew away in the morning with a fever. Meat has not been seen in 10 days, potatoes too, powdered mashed potatoes - once does not count. Building A - very small rooms, the stench from the canteen - I can't call it a restaurant, they moved to building C for 20 euros after winking at the receptionist and talking about "we'll make an agreement." Building C is 500 m from the sea, but it's quieter there, there is a swimming pool, though without a paddling pool, a mosque on the side, the view from the window is beautiful - we had a mountain view, the room is more spacious than in building A - that's all the advantages of the hotel. I never advise anyone to visit this hotel, especially with young children

They settled in C, said come in the morning, maybe someone will move out, but we scored. Since C is even a block away from the first buildings, it has its own charms. Secondly, the entrance to the sea is TRASH! We were told at the agency that there are slabs there, but "a little further on, the entrance is normal." We read the same reviews, even bought "corals". Nothing like that. There are plates and waves! All tourists and locals are stupidly sitting on their buttocks at the entrance to the sea and splashing their legs in the water - this is the beach of the Sun Star Beach Hotel. And there's nowhere else to go - there are breakwaters and sharp slabs everywhere. The bravest dive and swim right away - and upon returning to the shore, they still cut their fingers on the plates under the pressure of the waves. I must say right away - the beautiful Cleopatra beach in the center of Alanya. Just heaven and earth with Mahmutlar. It's better to pay more and buy a tour there than in Sun Star Beach. If the goal is to swim and sunbathe. Thirdly, Nutrition. Yes, not 5 stars, but especially picky ones, like my husband, will be hungry. But he's like that at home. It should be understood that they do not feed foie gras and caviar there. In terms of nutrition, I have more complaints about distraught Russians who fill themselves up with 4 plates per person, which are then not eaten. Of course, the hotel will cook cheaper and worse with this approach! I was very ashamed of my compatriots, people a little older than me, who collected 3 plates of BREAD with a slide on the table for four, not to mention huge portions of pasta, salads, desserts. It is shameful to read the ads from the hotel on the tables in the dining room that "you don't need to take a lot of food, there is enough for everyone" and ONLY in Russian... In general, we were in Building C - there is a beautiful small pool with a bar, it's quiet, it's not scary for the children, and we ate in the restaurant next to Building A. The waiters are great there. The Internet is available, unlike the hotel. We did not go to the excursions offered by the travel agency - the prices are very high (we had a Tez tour), take a walk along the central street of Mahmutlar, there are excellent local travel agencies offering the SAME thing at times cheaper. In general, the conclusion is that you definitely need to return to Mahmutlar, but not to a hotel, but to an apartment, to live separately. This is a great place for those who love quiet Turkey. And if your goal is the sea, beaches - forget about a cheap tour to this and the nearest hotels - do not buy here, it's better to pay extra and take near Cleopatra beach or the hotels closest to it. Oh yes, if you need Internet access during your vacation in Sun Star Beach, pay in advance from the unlimited operator, or buy a local modem. There is NO Internet there. The one that is there is only in the lobby and does not catch the word at ALL. If you do not want to sit in the lobby in the evenings to catch the Internet to chat with your family, work - think about it in advance. And yes, wine, beer, crayfish - there is nothing else in the hotel bars made of alcohol. Keep in mind.

We had a family vacation at this hotel on 07.07-17.07.2019. After reading the reviews, we went a little cautiously, but in the hope that we would be lucky, because we are not very pretentious travelers. They brought us to the hotel at 14.30, they arranged it quickly. They put us in Building C, which at first we were not very happy about. When asked about lunch, we were told that the restaurant was already closed (lunch time there is 12.30-14.00) and we need to wait for dinner (19.00). This surprised us a lot, because the child had been on the road for many hours and was hungry. In general , they refused and turned away. The building is new, the room is good (3510), the balcony with a sea view, although sideways, but beautiful, TV,good furniture,refrigerator,shower,hairdryer, wardrobe (and even hangers in the closet were). Then we evaluated all the advantages of this building. Although it is two houses away from building A, the room never smells of kitchen, overcooked meat, fish, etc., there is no noise, there is no smell from the highway. There is also a swimming pool, its own bar (it's really funny -there's only drinking and nothing else, unlike the pool at building A, where they give some cookies). We did not go there, because we can safely swim and sunbathe on the sun loungers. The hotel is clean, but it seems to exist separately from the main building. There's a kind of watchman sitting downstairs who doesn't decide anything and doesn't understand much in Russian. With questions, you need to go to building A at the reception. Although this place, as it seemed to me, is of no use. We asked on the 4th day about a change of clothes. We were told that it was changed 1 time in three days and recorded an application. The next day it all happened again. For the third time, I turned to the guide with indignation, who decides this issue. He also wrote something down on his phone and angrily asked: "What else?". And by this point, we already had questions about the quality of the rest (We waited specifically for the maid in the room that day and.... as usual, after wetting the mop once, she wiped the floor and was going to say goodbye to us (Here I told her about the need to finally change the bed linen (which by this point should already have been changed 2 times), but she was not going to do it... She looked at me in confusion, but still swept it (the underwear is far from new). I asked her to change the towels accordingly, but....The maid says that: "Know." I have already said emphatically that it is necessary. Here she scraped two small clean towels for us, but the bath towels remained the same.... She wasn't going to clean the bathroom, but I showed her that it needed to be done. In general, it all made me angry. Dusting the bedside tables, washing the sink, etc. apparently is not included in the duties, because it was not done at all. As for the food. There is food, but it is pasta and rice (to garnish with hot) all the time of your stay, every lunch and dinner. Mashed soup with tomatoes is always, i.e. we haven't eaten the first one for all 10 days. To garnish one chicken (in all its manifestations (boiled, boiled with vegetables, overcooked on coals, shielded, which was not eaten at lunch, in tomato and somehow ...). Everyone in the dining room says that at home they will not eat pasta and chicken for a long time. It's really impossible to eat twice every day. There are vegetables, but by the middle of the rest, tomatoes began to be given with the smell of jelly, cucumbers were sorted out for a dogfight. And there are many containers, BUT... they include: shredded cabbage, cabbage with finely chopped cucumbers, cabbage with tomato leftovers, cabbage with dill, cabbage with corn and something else that remains, for example from lunch. In general, there are a lot of containers, but in fact it's all cabbage.All the people, when they were full of pasta, took a lot of grass and ate with tortillas, which are delicious there, but there is a queue behind them. There is sausage and sausages there (they are given for breakfast) We couldn't. In general, the problem with nutrition is in terms of diversity. We were lucky and we ate plenty of fruits. I would like to say about the dishes, which are VERY often dirty (especially tea cups and glasses in the bar for min.water, etc.). The tablecloths are dirty too, even if you sat down to eat at the table first.Imagine if you eat after someone. No one is going to change them. The treatment is disrespectful, dismissive in the restaurant very much. As for the fact that the guide is your assistant. It turned out that the main task of our guide (his name was Eric) was to send us on as many excursions as possible and that was it... During my vacation, I wanted to give him some recommendations on how to help visitors spend time at their hotel usefully and taking into account their needs. In general, there is a minus here. The beach is nearby, it is very convenient to walk, sun beds with mattresses and umbrellas are always free. There was enough room for everyone. We were satisfied with everything there. We knew it was a small pebble, so we were ready. It's true that you can't swim everywhere because of the stones, but we found a place and swam there. There is no anamation. Once at the beach bar we were at a children's karaoke in the evening and that's it. We didn't see anything during the day either. Well, there is nothing to say about adult entertainment at all. There is only one.adult disco 2 times a week on the ground floor in building C (in our basement there is loud music and drinks at three o'clock). Well, we were not going for noisy entertainment, but to relax with a child, so this did not upset us.In general, the village where the hotel is located is very beautiful and calm. In the evening, you can go for a walk, go to the sports town and attractions for the little ones, but it's in one place. In general, there is no way with a variety of entertainers. The result is this- we, of course, had a great rest from the dullness and dampness of St. Petersburg. We liked the sea and the accommodation (despite the little things), and this is the main reason why we flew on vacation. If the hotel does not want to lose its rating and reduce the flow of tourists, it is necessary to change the food, and the staff must understand that people pay for comfort and respect. We will definitely not go there anymore.

The worst hotel in my life. The food is warmed chicken from the day before yesterday and watery sweets. The cups are dirty. There's nowhere to sit. Building C is the THIRD COASTLINE, KARL! TRANSFER - 140km from Antalya airport! And this is 3-4 hours by bus. But this is all nonsense, the most terrible thing is the lack of hot, or even all the water in the rooms. There are people working at the reception who shake hands, promise to relocate, and so on every day. In a word, real men. 3 times a week there is a disco until 3 am, from which the walls vibrate, and at 5 am there is a prayer to the fullest from a nearby mosque!! You can't sleep here in any way!! This is hell, and survival, but not rest!!

We will never go to this hotel again. 4 stars were declared, but they did not even reach two. They lived in building "C". It seems that there was not enough money for renovation. No one looks after the technical condition, unless tourists report malfunctions. The shower was fixed for us, but the fan in the bathroom is probably still rattling. One of the beds did not have a leg - I had to use improvised means. The cleaning is purely symbolic - the dust under the beds, bedside tables and table has been accumulating for weeks. The pool turned out to be muddy water on the fifth day of our vacation. They are fed according to their own "recipes", the dishes are washed poorly, there are always not enough cups, then forks... The beach area is generally ignored by the owners - it's high time to replace the sun beds and umbrellas, the water in the shower often disappears, the snack bar is only so called - on the last day of the stay, the child stood behind the counter and poured water from a bottle.. The beach is pebbly, the entrance to the water is dangerous - there are boulders everywhere.. etc. I would write a lot more, but .. I don't see the point..there will be no withdrawal with such an attitude towards people.. I will end with one thing - our child was severely poisoned on the penultimate day of his stay on July 2, 2019, we thought that we would not take him home - high fever, vomiting attacks, headaches and abdominal pain, loss of strength.. I warned the manager of Coral Trevel, Elena, who came to pick up tourists to escort them to the airport, but she was not ready for such a situation and had to support the child on her own all the way to Moscow. Today is July 5, 2019 and, finally, the child's condition has improved. The conclusion that suggests itself is that in Turkey, only money is needed, tourists are just an application. So, be prepared for anything..

There is no entertainment, in bars where everything should be included....they sell for one dollar or more. There is no service. Guides lure you to the hammam, where you just pay for nothing with dollars. Never visit a hammam from this hotel, a complete deception of procedures or you have to pay from $ 80 and it is also not clear why, many scandalized for these procedures of the hammam. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms, there is not even a kettle there, and there are no irons either in the room or in the hotel. There is no Internet, no Wi-Fi, it catches very poorly. We were with a child and had a very bad rest, complete disappointment and spoiled rest.
