Everything was very tasty and cool!
But... apart from the endless walking of the staff and the public through the large window-door past our table, we froze like dogs because of this. The food is delicious. The staff is young, not customer-oriented. The empty plates probably haven't been picked up for an hour. Also, it is not clear on the territory from which house to start the tour)) and where to look for a rest, But if you go to the Administration, if you have a table booked, you will be escorted to the restaurant with honors.
Be sure to reserve tables in advance! Otherwise, 99% that your big company will not be placed if you suddenly get caught up.
Supara sweets in a souvenir shop are cheaper than everywhere else in the city in markets and at the airport👆🏼

It is always very pleasant to be in Soupara. A very authentic and atmospheric place with a very pleasant energy. Unfortunately, there are not always empty seats, very often the restaurant is crowded and the waiters simply do not have time to serve visitors, you have to wait a very long time. The food is very tasty, the menu is good, but not all the dishes of the national Kyrgyz cuisine could be found in it - for example, they could not find manta rays. But in any case, it is always with great pleasure that we come to Supara to eat delicious food and get aesthetic pleasure.

The place is generally interesting, with a local flavor!
The territory is large, various accommodation options, separate or group halls and verandas.
A lot of things reflect the culture and history of the republic.
But upon arrival here, we faced a problem, but we had to stand in line so that we could eat, and we also had to wait for the order for more than 40 minutes. The dishes were delicious, the prices for such an institution are above average.
But the 1st time was enough for us....

Beautiful territory, stylish restaurant, national motifs are felt everywhere.
The food is great, we ordered two types of mutton, grilled vegetables, two salads, tortillas.
The portions are large, the prices are pleasant)
We were fully seated, took the last table in the hall.
We were served quickly and within 10 minutes all the dishes had already been taken out. The waiters were attentive.
I recommend visiting this place with all my heart.

Very tasty and atmospheric, there was a hitch with a stone yurt, but everyone decided) they gave a large yurt with a stove. They thought they would cook for a long time, but after 15 minutes they brought hot, salad with meat and trout at the end. We did not expect that the portions were huge, almost burst 🙈😁The girl is very helpful, tea with milk as in childhood) thank you all!

I think one serving will be enough for two adults. The food in Kyrgyzstan is delicious everywhere, so there is nothing extremely outstanding. We arrived in a large group (12 people). We had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be prepared for us. It's warmer in the basement than inside this house. We made an order, we were warned that some dishes (pilaf) would be cooked for 2 hours, and we did not choose it. We sit and wait for 20 minutes, 30 minutes. They didn't even bring tea and borsoki. An hour passed. One and a half. Only then did food appear on our table. Plus one girl got the wrong pizza, she had to wait even longer. The waiters do not know what they are carrying – the guys have mixed up beshbarmaks (fillings). Q: What kind of service do we pay 15% for? For the fact that we sat for 1.5 hours in a cold room without food or even tea, and our borsoks stood all this time on the countertops against the wall, because the waiters decided that they tasted better cold? You can come and see this place, but it's more expensive to stay there. A waste of time

— And you are ready to pay about a hundred euros for four people.
In general, it's not bad — authentic, a large complex, there is a Playground.

I don't understand how this place got such a good rating
We came in the daytime, there are not very many people
They say the dishes are cooked from under the knife for 30-45 minutes. Pilaf 2 hours
As a result, I have been sitting for 45 minutes, there is no soup, no rack of lamb. Although my young man has already brought shish kebab and salads.
When the food was brought, no appliances were brought. Do I have to eat salad and lula with my hands?
I will never return to this place again. The waiters are terrible. I ask after 45 minutes when my dish will be. They tell me 30 minutes to serve. When I asked why 45 minutes had passed and there was no food, no one answered intelligibly.

1. We ordered a pot of tea with thyme. They brought a kettle without a sieve, asked me to do something. That's it, the waiters are gone. 15 minutes have passed, we ask again either to replace the kettle or the strainer. The kettle was taken away. Another 15 minutes passed. We've already eaten everything. There is no kettle.
2. Children's pizza. None of the 3 children ate sausage from this pizza.
3. Shish kebab, when the girl was taking off pieces of meat for a piece, 1 piece fell on the table, she was not confused. She put it back.
4. Dishes. Chipped tea cups!
5. At the entrance to the complex, they offer photos with a live bird of prey on a leash! The knackers! The whole world is already protesting against making money from poor animals, except for Supara. SHAME ON YOU!
6. The playground could be more interesting.
7. I took the children there to the slide. Madame is sitting and her children are riding down the slide with ice cream in their hands (ice cream is not from soupara), obviously store-bought. I make a remark to her that now they will dirty the slide, and my children will ride their shorts over their ice cream. To which I get the answer "we often play here, I have napkins with me." I tell her it's disrespectful to other children. To which she called her children, telling them to eat ice cream here, otherwise someone needs surgical cleanliness here

Restaurant, museum, shop. There are many halls, in separate yurts. Large parking lot. You can pay in rubles and dollars, but at a predatory rate. We got there because the WORLD map didn't go there. I took off two stars because beshbarmak was advised to eat only here, and it was served with purchased pasta!? Pasta in the navy is a DISAPPOINTMENT. Everything else was delicious. The service is very good. They are taken out quickly, exactly at the specified time.
