The manager responded quite quickly and we began to find out the details of the order. After finding out some things I did, I took a time out to "think". We continued working on the order 2.5 weeks before the expected delivery, initially the manager answered my questions, but at some point she stopped contacting me. When there were 2 days left before the delivery date, and they still didn't answer me, I decided to use other sources of communication and wrote to viber. There, the manager answered me, clarified which specific order and disappeared for 2.5 hours, only after I re-wrote (did you forget about me), the manager replied to me that the person responsible for delivery is now at lunch! It's absurd, comrades, I'll tell you! Firstly, it is not professional, and secondly, it is uninitiative! Managers do not try to help you, even if the problem is their own fault. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this site. Of course, I refused further work and was left without a gift for my family 2 days before the holiday!
