Professionalism is at zero! In April, I ordered interior doors. They didn't bring exactly what I ordered. And it's already July, and the issue has not been resolved. I paid for the order in full, so they're not interested in me anymore. I highly recommend not contacting them unless you want to get in trouble.

The measurer came to us, we agreed on Thursday, we went back to the manager Ruslan and repeated again what we needed for Thursday, he confirmed the possibility. On Wednesday evening, the store clerk calls me and informs me that the installer Yuri will come on THURSDAY at 8:00. Day x comes, at 8 a.m. no one came, at 9 too, I waited until 11 and called Yuri, he said he didn't even know he was supposed to come and promised to call back (he didn't pick up the phone anymore) I called the manager Ruslan, he yelled at me, said that this was a human factor, that he did not come and did not even warn him, saying that he should break off another order and come to us? And I have a question - what other options can there be if we agreed on Thursday? Manager Ruslan was rude to me and hung up on me when I told him to return the prepayment. The next day, no one answered the phone again, and to this day, no one has arrived.
