Well, this is Turkish cuisine, it's worth pushing expectations away from it. Shish kebab for 22 lari is served with rice, salad and lavash (which I did not know about when ordering, but it was fine, it turned out delicious and quite a lot). That is, a full-fledged dish for ~ 670p. They left with potbellies and happy, which, surprisingly, is a rarity in Tbilisi. Staff speaks Russian and is friendly, which is also a plus
