Reasonable prices, very good staff. I ordered doors and windows here. The girl told everything well about different models of doors and helped a lot to come to the right choice.

On 05/28/2022, we signed a contract for the manufacture, delivery and installation of 2 interior doors (one in the bathroom, the other in the bedroom). According to the conditions, they made an initial prepayment and waited patiently. Because they could not enter the apartment without doors (many improvements had to be made after their installation), they rented housing under a contract. The delivery time is specified - no later than 60 working days from the date of prepayment. Accordingly, by the end of July, they planned to move... but... We had to shoot for a month longer, because when we started calling and asking, they said that only one door was ready, the second one was in the process and we needed to "wait a little longer". A month later, we moved anyway, because it's stupid to pay rent having our own place.. although without doors. In the hope of keeping our promises, we stopped by and began to remind ourselves repeatedly. And so... already on November 20, 2022, and to this day they only promise us and in fact - nothing. I would like to note that the staff of this organization has never bothered to call, warn, and I'm not talking about any apologies. Starting in mid-October, we cut off the phone, where we were transferred with enviable regularity to "at the end of next week." We may be one of the most patient consumers, but this is too much in every sense. It is not surprising that they do not publish our review on their website. On 18.11 (Friday), they dialed the manager and said that they did not intend to wait any longer. To which it was announced that they would contact us by the end of the day, and by the end of the week everything would be installed, everything was ready, and accessories were waiting. And what do we have? Sunday - no bells and no doors. Apparently, it didn't work out humanly... Well, now we will solve the issues in a different way, by compensating for moral and material damage.
P.S. Even one star is too much....
