We really enjoyed it! We had a vacation with my husband in June 2025. The hotel is beautiful, very stylishly renovated, modern and technologically advanced. The food is at a high level, there is a large selection of dishes and everything is of good quality. The choice of alcohol is decent! The beach is clean and sandy) great animation with good design. One disadvantage was that our room was a swim up and the bathroom door wouldn't close, but it didn't ruin our vacation. I definitely recommend it if you want to relax without children.

We are having a rest with my son at the hotel (August- September 2025). The location is excellent, first line, the hotel has its own beach with several bars. The approach to the sea is gentle, just great. The sand is perfect for children, although further along the coastline the beaches are packed with people and the entrance is filled with rocks. The food is excellent for every taste, varied every day. Playground for children, entertainment programs. We like to have a rest in Side, we only come here 🙃

The hotel has been rebuilt, everything is new, modern, and beautiful! It is aimed at Europeans, Germans, Poles, and therefore the hotel has a high level of service. There is foreign alcohol, the bartenders are great, they know how to make any drink and work very quickly. The beach is large, very clean, the beach equipment is new, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. Entertainment in the evenings alternates - live music, disco, shows. There's nothing much to say about food, you definitely won't be hungry, they feed you at every step all day. There is a lot of food, there are no queues, the main restaurant is large, there are always places, everything is delicious. In general, we liked everything and I can safely recommend this hotel.

I rested for a week in August. Its own beach with sun beds and umbrellas, free towels. There are only hotel guests in the lounge area, while people naturally mix with guests from neighboring hotels in the sea. There are water sports right next to the hotel's beach area, which are not related to the hotel. Since water sports occur along the coast evenly every five hundred meters or so, unfortunately, it is still a challenge to adjust so that the beach of the selected hotel is away from them. The sea is warm and clean, especially in the morning. In the afternoon, it's already a little bit agitated (sticks, leaves), but not much. If you move a little further away (up to an adult's neck), then there is no such "garbage" at all. In the morning, the first row of sun beds was occupied, but there were always places in the second and third rows. Russian girls walk around, unobtrusively inform about the availability of a spa at the hotel (massage is paid), as well as about a transfer to the shopping center. There are no third-party souvenir sellers. I especially liked the sauna from the spa, I went during the day, there was no one but me, so I warmed up perfectly alone. The food is delicious and varied. Most of all, I liked all kinds of grilled fish, French fries, fried zucchini and eggplant, onion rings. There is a pasta station, but not much for my taste. Salads. Very tasty watermelons. Sweets, both traditional Turkish and intricate modern desserts. Honey in honeycombs, freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Delicious grain coffee. A fruit tent next to the beach starts working in the afternoon. The waiters are efficient and friendly. The rest of the staff too. They speak Russian, if someone doesn't, then everything is OK in English. In Aiko's a la carte restaurant, advertised as oriental – Japanese, Chinese cuisine – sushi was depicted on an advertising poster. There was a section on the menu called "sushi", but in fact there were only rolls and gyoza, there was no sushi itself. Moreover, at the moment there was nothing from the "sushi" section at all. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new. The safe is paid – 1 euro per day. He worked in my room every other time, so I advise you to leave documents/large amounts there once and not worry about trying to close it. The maids did not come the first day, after contacting the reception, they promptly came and cleaned up. The following days came regularly. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, but I read the reviews in advance and it did not come as a surprise. There was no soap dish for the lumpy soap on the first two days, and on the third day they brought it themselves without any requests. Towels are mostly clean. A couple of them were not very well washed, but against the general background, this is still the exception rather than the rule. Shampoo, shower gel, body milk—that was enough. Water in the room: a 2-liter bottle and three small ones in the minibar. You can also always take a small bottle from the fridge next to the pool bar. There was also beer and mineral water in the minibar, replenished every day. Interesting evening shows from 21:30 to 22:30. Then the music continued until 24:00 every day in different locations (either on the stage where the animation took place, or in the rooftop bar). In the room with the sea view, the music could be heard even with the window closed (although muffled). So if you expect to go to bed early, it's worth taking a room on the quiet side, if available. Unfortunately, no response was received from the hotel when I asked if there were rooms in the hotel where the evening program could not be heard. (I asked after leaving, via email). Along the hotel line, in front of the beach cafes, there is a lighted pedestrian street along which hotel guests stroll in the evenings. Baksheesh is optional, but desirable. You can either leave it to someone personally (maids in the room, for example, or waiters), or in special tip boxes (at the reception, in a restaurant, in a fruit tent). In general, I recommend it, especially if it turns out that the evening program is not so rich in the fall and/or there are rooms where the music is not heard at all.

A magnificent hotel. I've been coming back here for the second year in a row. This is one of the few hotels where 5* is a real 5*. Gorgeous buffet tables. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has been renovated. Everything is clean, tidy, and everything is being monitored. Its own beach, the first line. The hotel is full, but there are no problems with sun beds and towels. As well as with the tables in the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

From 06/9/2024 to 06/27/2024 I want to immediately note the location of the hotel, not far from the sea, 5 minutes slowly, the sea is clean sand, clean deck chairs, and there are always enough of them, the cleanest beach, I want to mention the food separately, it's just super, every morning and evening, not just spread dishes but also decorate, just everything is so delicious, not there is such a variety of dishes in one of the five, everything is fresh and delicious, bravo to the chefs, all the staff is very friendly, I would like to mention the reception administrator, Tahsin Yayla, always friendly, despite the late arrival at 21.00, we were fed and offered a glass of wine. I would also like to mention the administrator of the hall Kemal, the administrator from the children's club Alina, a clear and very pleasant girl, and our favorite animator, Ferhat spor chef. And most importantly, there are always a lot of sweets and fruits in the restaurant, watermelons, melons, strawberries and everything else. Bed linen is changed every 2 days. But the cleaning, say for three, is not at all. But in general, we really liked it, every evening there is a disco for children and then for adults, live music and a show, the show is just super, everything is very beautiful. We were vacationing in a two-story room, me and my girlfriend and two children. We decided to stay here for a week (it seems that this is quite enough for this hotel ) . Let's start with the pros, the rooms are clean , cleaned every day. Bed linen is also changed every day. The rooms have touch panels that regulate the operation of lights , air conditioning , and you can also notify that cleaning is required or vice versa ( do not disturb ) , an icon lights up in the corridor next to your room , this is convenient . There are a lot of places on the territory where you can sit and drink a cocktail. In general, the guys who serve look friendly enough. By the way, few people speak Russian, but some employees know a couple of phrases quite well. Everywhere on the territory is clean , the staff is constantly cleaning . There is a pool that is divided by a bridge, so you can count that 2 pools, they are medium-sized, but rarely anyone swims there and often it is free, there is a lot of this place. There are always sun beds available by the pool , but those under the canopy are not always free ) .. the sea is just around the corner , you just need to go through the pool and two bars. There are a lot of sun beds at sea , only 1/10 of them are occupied. The entrance to the sea is gentle - just perfect, no slabs, no pebbles. The sea is warm and transparent. Every morning on the beach, the young man also does the cleaning. Towels are given out in the morning and until 18 o'clock . You can change it as many times as you want . In the kitchen , there is a lot of food , but not everything can be to your taste . However, there are a lot of fresh delicious vegetables, sweet fruits and a lot of different meat of good quality, we have never watched the staff eat this food with us, and the chefs walk around the hall and check if everything is in order. Beef , chicken , lamb, turkey , duck, by the way, there are not a lot of fresh fish , but a couple of times there were salmon steaks. Cheeses- there are many of them (some of them are delicious). Also sausage cuts . And the most basic thing is their desserts , probably the most tasteless thing there is . They're all exactly the same, even though they look like masterpieces. It is impossible to eat some desserts , I often see people taking different desserts and eating almost nothing . Who will be here, I recommend taking a regular San Sebastian cheesecake. Probably the only thing they make from cottage cheese , and even the baklava is delicious . There is a lobby on the 0 floor , where you can also eat a dessert or fruit , and there is also a separate pastry shop where all the same desserts are served , but there is also ice cream , served in balls , it is top . I recommend. Regarding alcohol , this is also not entirely clear . You can see normal imported alcohol on their windows, but they often make cocktails using alcohol that is under their bar, and there are just cheap analogues, bartenders make cocktails by eye, without using any measuring stacks, respectively, there are not cocktails, but nonsense. If you tell me exactly what to cook and how much to add, then everything will be fine. Therefore, it is better not to choose from their bar menu, but maybe someone will like it. There is a robot in the lobby that delivers cocktails . The entertainment program from 21 to 23 alternates between dancing groups and performances of musical groups. There are many foreigners in the hotel , very few Russians. Most of the Germans are here . Our vacation involved only swimming in the sea, swimming pool and going to eat, so we were satisfied that it was quite calm here. There are no children here, as the hotel is 16+, but if you go to the sea, then everyone is there together. Next to the hotel, if you walk for 10 minutes , there is a pharmacy , a shop , a bazaar with some things . Summing up, I can say that I would not come here a second time, because I do not like to relax in the same hotel, since you already know everything, but I would definitely recommend it to my friends. There are definitely more pluses than minuses.

As for food, as everywhere in Turkey, you can always find something to eat, just not delicious milk porridges and beer in Gorky's bar, but you can take a bottle from the room, refilled every day for free. There are no bathrobes and dental supplies (brushes and paste) in the rooms, we were given them upon request, but we were warned that there would be no more sets. Instead of blankets, large thin towels. They're a blanket. The food is normal, they bake all sorts of tortillas. Meat is mainly chicken and turkey. There was mutton several times. There are enough fruits. You can also have a snack at the beach, tortillas, nuggets, pizza, fruits, you can collect something like a burger. The sea is a simple fairy tale. There were plenty of sun beds by the pool and by the sea. Do not drink alcohol. It's kind of disgusting, and everything is disgusting, even beer. Juices concentrate. We liked the sea, the beach and the pools. We weren't hungry. Delicious. The chef in the restaurant, the one who bakes tortillas, tried especially hard. Thanks to him. In general, 3 is it.

We rested at the Sural Saray Hotel in July 2022. A wonderful hotel on the first line, a large well-groomed green area, a nice clean swimming pool, has its own sandy beach with a sandy entrance into the water. The sea is magnificent! A huge number of sun beds on the beach, by the pool, on the green lawns, right under the palm trees. A variety of food and drinks, for every taste. There are a lot of fruits. Large two–room room with a balcony overlooking the sea, daily cleaning, daily change of towels, constant change of bed linen and replenishment of bathroom accessories (shampoo gel), bottled drinking water in unlimited quantities. Everything is clean and tidy! There is a pool show in the evenings. Friendly, friendly staff who understand Russian. A wonderful senior manager at the reception is Zamira: attentive, responsive, kind. a professional who can be contacted on any issue. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I returned from Sural Saray hotel the other day and am writing a review. I haven't been to Turkey for a long time, I used to go to European resorts. I assess the changes that have taken place in Turkey as a tourist in general positively. There is clearly more discipline and civility in the service. The fallen Turkish lira makes trips to Turkey quite profitable for Russian tourists. Moreover, the MIR card, even of our sub-sanctioned banks, as of August 2022, is accepted in many large retail outlets. Moreover, the calculation is carried out almost at the exchange rate. Now for the hotel. The hotel is certainly not 5 stars in terms of level, but also in terms of price. The furniture is modest, but not shabby. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. We originally had a room on the street, but for a symbolic surcharge we managed to get a room with a sea view, although on the 1st floor and the sea view was not the best. However, Germans also met on the same floor. So you can't call it discrimination against Russians. In general, Russians are a massive contingent of this hotel, which in my opinion is not bad. Especially in the current conditions. Since there are many of us, we don't have to worry about possible political excesses. There are several people in the bar and at the reception who speak a little Russian, so there is no special need even for English. This hotel has close access to the sea – 3 minutes. The hotel territory is small, but very well maintained. The same clean and large sandy beach. You won't see random people and merchants on it. It is all littered with trash cans and workers roam around it, who clean up the garbage and wash the sunbeds. Even a cigarette butt on this beach is a rarity. Sun beds and awnings are free and there are enough of them to always find a place for yourself. The entrance to the sea is gentle, although the water area for swimming is not the largest. The sea is very warm in August. It is clean, but a little less transparent than it was in Majorca and Crete, where the bottom is visible at a depth of several meters. The explanation is simple. There is very fine sand in this place and it is as if dissolved in water. It sparkles in the sun in the water. At the same time, there was no debris and algae in the water. In addition, apparently due to the presence of sand in the water near the shore there are no jellyfish, which I consider a big plus. You can swim safely. In principle, if you don't look closely, then the sea is no different from Majorca and Cyprus. There is a choice of water attractions. However, the system of changing towels for the beach with handing over and receiving them at different times is quite strange and not very convenient for hiking to the sea in the early morning. They feed you all day. Breakfast turns into brunch, then lunch, then snacks in bars until 17.00, then dinner. For my rather fastidious level, the food in the hotel is not bad. The food is of high quality, there is always normal meat and there is often a good fish, such as pink salmon (or something like that). Good coffee and traditional Turkish tea. At the same time, the choice of really tasty dishes is very poor, breakfasts differ little by day. Cream soups are often none, there are no porridges (but in vain), there are few normal side dishes. The fruits are good. I don't eat sweets. In general, the average normal diet, but there is something to improve. In my opinion, the selection of drinks in bars is very decent, although it varies from bar to bar. Cocktails, however, do so-so. In bars and restaurants, you can take free bottles of water to the room as much as you need. There is already a water supply in the room at the entrance. The restaurant and bars have good service. The staff is friendly and well-trained. I have never noticed any signs of ethnic preferences. In some reviews, there was a theme of a large number of flies. Yes, there are, it didn't seem to me that there are more of them than in any other hotel. Back to the room. There is a small empty refrigerator in it. There is a pretty decent TV on the wall, although the only Russian-language channels that work are the "enemy" Euronews. The safe costs 1 euro per day. The plumbing in the bathroom is quite simple, but decent. The rooms are cleaned cleanly. Towels and bed linen make a good impression, although I would not call the bed and pillows the most comfortable. The room is bright, but in the evening there is a little lack of lighting and you need to understand the principles of operation of sockets and switches. The air conditioner is modern and quiet, but blows a little down. Sural Saray is a hotel for adults and it is quiet, but it may seem boring to some. There is a small promenade for walking. There are a couple of shops in the hotel, but I didn't notice any shops very close to the hotel, which is logical. In principle, you do not need to buy anything more than what is given in the hotel. It takes about an hour to get from Antalya airport to the hotel by transfer. Perhaps the biggest disadvantage of the hotel is WiFi. He's only at the reception and nearby. At the same time, it is often necessary to set it up again at a new entrance, which requires dancing with tambourines. In general, Sural Saray hotel makes a pleasant impression for its price, but there are a number of minor comments, especially regarding the Internet. Although the euro and the dollar are now in parity, in Turkey now everything is usually a little cheaper in euros than in dollars. Consider this. Also keep in mind that if you pay in cash in dollars and euros, then the change is usually given in lira. Therefore, it is worth carrying small bills, so as not to attach lira later.

We stayed at this hotel from 17.10 to 24.10.21 I really liked it. We checked in almost immediately after arrival (we arrived in the morning), the room was clean, there were all accessories in the bathroom. Towels were cleaned and changed every day. There was plenty of food, as there were not very many vacationers. We liked everything we took. Delicious cheese, baklava, fish almost every day, watermelon, melon, plums, grapes are different and very tasty tangerines. Here's breakfast, after four days, I'm a little fed up, we won't eat eggs for a long time now)))).There were decent alcoholic drinks in the lobby. The water, both in the pools and in the taps, is very chlorinated. The sea is gorgeous, warm and the water is clear. The territory is green and well maintained. For a relaxing holiday, that's the thing. We will have a rest in this hotel.

We rested at the end of October in this wonderful hotel, a beautiful beach, a gentle shore, it is convenient to swim, sun beds are always free both on the beach and on the lawn, the food is excellent, there are no comments, fruits of all kinds in the assortment, pastries are very tasty, the only minus is the lack of Wi-Fi in the room and on the beach. I would like to thank the manager Kamil separately, he is a very conscientious person, he could always be found at the reception, all questions can be solved with him, all routes around the city he will tell you how and how to get to the shopping center, he is a very friendly person and helped us solve all our problems. The first line to the sea, alcohol in drinks is minimal, 5 grams of alcohol, the rest is juice). Wi-Fi is only downstairs in the lobby, there is no Internet in the rooms, even for an additional fee. A hotel without children, basically 16+, it was important for me, for example, No squeaks, screams, no one is spinning under my feet, everything is decorous and noble) Its own disco ends at 23-00. Then you can sleep. Those who have rooms not on the sea, listen to the hotel across the street until I do not know what time. Keep in mind that umbrellas in the Sural Sarai are very rarely woven, a lot of sun passes through them, and light-skinned people get burned instantly. So I advise you to take maximum protection, smear more often and be sure to have a T-shirt in which you will walk when you burn anyway ( +++There are ALWAYS free umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach, at least in late June and early July. It's just great! + The restaurant/bars serve quickly (exception: pastry shop, you don't have to go there at all). + Good cleaning and cleaning staff. + Good food, very tasty stewed vegetables, meat in various forms, fish, it seems, frozen, but there is. There is kaymak, honey in honeycombs and red fish for breakfast. For dinner, there is a delicious cheese with mold. I didn't go to the restaurant for lunch, I had lunch at the beach. Pide with ayran is very tasty! In general, the food at the hotel is generally delicious, except for cakes and pastries for breakfast (I think it's almost all imported). minuses: - Tasteless (for me) breakfast pastries, except for the rolls, which are baked on site. All the rolls are made of oak, croissants are heated until completely dry for some reason, and in the end they are no longer croissants, but some kind of chips. Drinks from the vending machine at breakfast are tasteless for me - both coffee and cocoa. But they can bring coffee from the bar, ask the waiter. I didn't like the cakes either, I couldn't eat the three of them at all, although I love this dessert. The cakes are better, the baklava is normal. - A part of the beach was bitten off by a water entertainment station. Jet skis, speedboats and yachts are right next to the bathing people. Parachutes land almost on your head. Sometimes cars come to the beach in the evenings and a terrible stench begins, diesel or gasoline. In short, I dreamed all my vacation days that the "house" would be normal, and not "smart", because it's terribly inconvenient! Maybe, of course, I didn't figure it out, but there are no instructions. And anyway, I don't want to deal with complicated devices on vacation. - The bathroom is very cramped, there is only a rain shower and a watering can in the shower. There is no door, there is a fence for a third of the passage, as a result, the floor is always flooded with water. But the saddest thing is the sink. The faucet has a very short gander, so there is NO way to use the faucet and not fill the entire countertop. As a result, there was always a puddle there. - Meals on the beach end at 4 p.m. I think it's very early! It seems they promised to extend the power supply. I need at least tea and cookies. - There are upholstered seats on the chairs by the pool and in the pastry shop. I sat down on one by the pool – the waiter reprimanded me: they say, first you need to take off the pillow, and then he sits down. It was very unpleasant. I think that all soft seats should be eliminated near the water so as not to put guests in an awkward position. - A very big disadvantage is evening entertainment. The show is only once a week, on Wednesdays, the rest of the days – music (DJ or singers). There are a lot of people going to the show, few the rest of the time. Moreover, most of the days musical evenings are held in the rooftop bar (top floor). It's cramped, there's nowhere to dance - it's not much of an idea. I believe that musical evenings should be held near the stage, where there is more space, and it is imperative to offer people ready-made cocktails at the entrance, to "turn on" people, and create a festive atmosphere. But, apparently, there is no one. The music is also peculiar: either old, old hits (I love them, but not every day) or something downright boring. In short, the evening entertainment at the hotel is bad. - And now to the most IMPORTANT disadvantage that annoyed me during my stay at the hotel. This is a TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION for new guests. There is no connection with whatsapp gestas in this hotel, as in other hotels. Although there's nothing wrong with the hotel's Wi-Fi. I found out about the existence of Alina's guest only at the end of my vacation, when there was an unpleasant incident with the staff. I could have told her about some of the hotel's shortcomings rather than writing in a review, but alas. Alina, according to her, tries not to turn to gests on vacation. Apparently, he expects the same from his guests. But I think that there should be a connection from the first minute, and I REALLY MISSED it in the Sural Sarai! Upon arrival, they give you a piece of paper listing bars/ restaurants and their opening hours, and that's it. And then the quest begins. I'll tell you what I personally encountered. ... No information on managing a smart home. Nothing at all, figure it out for yourself, dear guests. ...I forgot to ask how to connect my Wi-Fi. I searched the room. Usually there is information in the hotel folder on how to do this. But not in the Sural Sarai. Not here. ...I come to the beach bar/restaurant and see the distribution. There are several slices of pizza on it, some children's food, and that's it. Well, I think they've already eaten everything (I arrived late). I ate pizza and left. On the second day, I arrived early – the picture is the same: pizza and children's food. I learned from the GUESTS that, it turns out, you can order from the menu through the waiter. (It is necessary to sit down at the table with the number that is on it.) Is it really impossible to put a sign on the distribution that there is such an option? Or write about it in the list that is given out upon check-in! ...There is no information about what drinks are offered at the beach bar. No cocktail list, NOTHING at all. Guess for yourself. I stood there, watching what others were taking. Drinks: I couldn't drink juices, Majestic wine is normal, white and pink is very sweet, red is drier, I took it for dinner. Champagne in a hotel is a complete failure, it's impossible to drink it. Therefore, the aperol is monstrously bad, and in general all cocktails where champagne is added. I began to look at the composition of cocktails (there is a bar card in the pool bar): I did not take everything that contains "champagne", and I do not advise you. The rest of the cocktails are normal, I liked two, and I ordered them. ...The "pastry shop" in the hotel is open until 6 p.m. THERE is NO signboard! So, consider that there is no pastry shop in this hotel either! And you don't have to go there, it's a technical room where the waiters take orders, as I understood from Alina's explanation. Then exclude this place from the list of hotel establishments and hang a sign on the door "Staff only entrance" so that guests looking for food after 4 p.m. do not enter there and do not get into unpleasant situations (the girls simply did not serve me and defiantly left). staff. Most of the staff is friendly, they come up quickly both in the morning and in the evening. But the rudeness of some is just off the charts. If you dare to go to Sural Sarai, try to avoid the girl on roller skates by the pool. This is Ed's waitress, who will easily cheat on you for no reason, and she won't get ANYTHING for it. On the Trip, in the guest's review, the Portuguese writes about the feeling that some of the staff seem to consider you (the guest) an enemy. I had the same feeling. Draw your own conclusions.
