We had a rest in mid-October 2019. We arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m., checked in only at 10. But the bracelets were put on immediately and sent for breakfast. In principle, the only inconvenience is the check-in. I liked everything else. The territory is large, green, the water was cold in the pool, we sunbathed on the sun beds near. We swam mostly in the sea. The slides work on time. A bar in lobi by the pool. There is another restaurant on the beach, you can have a snack at lunch, chicken, salads... On the beach, only beer is made of alcohol. There is an ice cream parlor, they make delicious tortillas and pancakes. There is a lot of space on the beach, there were enough sun beds. The beach is nearby, a little walk through the green area of the hotel. The bottom is perfect!!!! Sand) The beach is clean, cleaned. The rooms are good, the Internet is good. There is a bus stop nearby, the market is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is polite. The weather was good, it rained one day and then for half an hour, then it was warm again. It's cool in the evening, I'm freezing) I was throwing on a blouse, my husband was wearing a T-shirt. There was little entertainment, there were no discos. Hookah is paid. The hammam is expensive, but I liked it (you can buy it twice as cheap outside the hotel, like all excursions) There are many couples with children. The concept of the hotel is a quiet and relaxing holiday. That's what we wanted, so we had a good rest! I recommend the hotel, I would like to come again!

We were fed chicken ventricles and incomprehensible stew with vegetables for three days. There is really no meat, and what is served is diluted with vegetables. It wasn't on the grill. The fish appeared on the 4th day and then one species. There were long breaks between meals, the last cafe with local donuts closed at 16h, and dinner was only at 19h. The duration was also not pleasant, lunch from 12.30 to 14h, while there is a huge queue from 12h, dinner from 19 to 21h. Similarly, with dinner. There are queues everywhere! We tried to find a cafe for dinner on the first day because we arrived late, so there are none 😣 Most exercise equipment does not work in the gym, it is impossible to work out on a treadmill and an ellipse. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, there are not enough seats The hotel draws a maximum of 3 stars, but costs as much as 5( I strongly advise against it if you really want to relax in comfort with an all-inclusive system

The magnificent sea! Sandy beach, excellent entrance, large water area, in the middle of a large sandbank "chest deep", clean in the hotel, a large restaurant - there are always places for lunch and dinner, a variety of dishes, there was always chicken, fish (it didn't seem very tasty to me) beef, turkey and lamb (kebab and heads) more than 8 types of fruits (not always ripe, unfortunately). The rooms with sea views are wonderful, they were always cleaned normally and my bed linen was changed every 3 days. The big minus is WiFi: only near the reception and the oo hangs when at lunchtime and half after dinner, almost all the guests want to use it.

We rested at the Sural Hotel from 28.09 to 08.10.19 Before leaving, we read the reviews and got sad. But, fortunately, it turned out not to be so. The airport passed almost without delay. TUI was met and brought to the hotel promptly. There was no waiting at the reception. We handed over our passports and went to breakfast. Despite the fact that it was 10:30 there was a lot of food for every taste. After breakfast, they immediately checked into the room. The room is comfortable and clean. Definitely better than European hotels. The beach is large and sandy. There are enough sun beds for everyone. It is a pity that the awnings were replaced with umbrellas. I had to constantly run from the sun. But the hotelier promised to restore the canopies next year. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundant snack. However, they used it once. Then I don't want to go to lunch anymore. There was always a lot of fruit in the restaurant. Plums, pears, tangerines, grapes of several varieties, pomegranates, watermelons, melons. Good grilled fish, meat, turkey in various forms. There were also a lot of vegetables. The drinks were of course local, but quite high-quality. The room was constantly cleaned, linen was changed. And all this for a rather modest amount of money.

The hotel is mainly occupied by Germans, so the service here is good, but 2-3 people from the staff understand you at most. The Germans behave terribly, they can spit on you, get into the elevator first and not let you in, although they came later, in general, they are very arrogant. There is a very small market nearby, we went to Manavgat Mall. The taxi cost $6. The food is excellent, not to compare with other hotels in Turkey (all because the Germans are very picky, but bring a lot of money to the hotel by drinking all the paid alcohol)- grilled red fish fillet was 3 days out of 6, barbecue, pizza, etc., that is, the food is more European. There are not enough sun beds near the main pool, you need to come early to take a seat. Many throw towels and go to the beach, hang out by the pool after lunch. Queues at the cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we went early for breakfast and later for lunch and dinner, everything is normal. The food is the same, you can choose to eat. The animation is minimal, every day there is the same disco by the pool for children, there is a room where you can leave the kids to draw, there is also a slide nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the sea, the beach is wide, the entrance to the sea is excellent. That's where all the good things end!!! There is no animation from the word at all!!! The territory is small, but there are a lot of people. There are always long queues, we went to the beach at 6-30 in the morning to take a seat (and we were far from the first). The food is terrible: offal and fried minced meat. The only thing that was delicious was grilled Fish, and then if you have the patience to stand in line for 20 minutes. There's a coffee queue in the morning. Everything would be fine if the hotel was 3*, this is understandable, but they declare 5 * and vacationers are shocked, because they paid money for 5. Young people do not need to go there at all, they will die of boredom. For a resort in Turkey and a 5* hotel, it's a shame!!!!

Further cons: the food is monotonous, something is constantly running out, then there is no tequila in lobi, then there is no beer on the beach, then there is no beer near the pool, then there are no cups. In general, something is constantly missing. Yesterday I had to stand in line for fried chicken for dinner, and the queue is not small. I didn't even feel like eating. The guide said that such queues are the norm. Since we have something to compare it with, this is not the norm for us at all. In order not to take turns, it was enough to put not one cook, but at least three, especially since there is such an opportunity. There are not enough tables for everyone in the dining room, people have to walk around with plates to look for and wait for a place to eat. They gave cherries once, but only one tray, of course, was not enough for everyone. I don't understand at all how it might not be enough for what you gave the money for. It's up to you to choose, but I don't recommend going to this hotel. I can advise the administration, if in your hotel, a constant shortage of something is the norm, then continue in this spirit, if not, change the development strategy, or the administrator, you should have everything in abundance, people go on vacation, and to hear that something is missing is a big MINUS. This is the first time we have encountered this, in other hotels, even in Gelendzhik (Krasnaya Talka, by the way, I strongly advise you to relax in our south), there was a wide variety of food, and if the food tray was empty to 1/3, then it was immediately changed to full. WiFi is only in lobi, there are no rooms, in the evening the whole hotel sits in lobi.

I paid $14 for the safe. Went with my wife to the beach to see. The beach is nice. The approach to the sea is normal. The hotel does not pull for 5 at all! Only the beach is normal..but otherwise there are a lot of disadvantages! First of all, lunch at the snack bar by the beach at the hotel. During the day, the sea wind... You're sitting eating and your wife has hair in her mouth from the wind. And you're standing in line waiting for the table to be free to sit down to eat. Then you stand in line for food for half an hour! In short, there are zero more animations!!! There is no music even by the pool during the day. There should be animations in the evening at 21 :00.. but we are waiting for a very long time. And their acoustic equipment was always buggy. The animators said the equipment was old and needed to be changed for a long time. I asked the question. Where does the money go??? Can't they buy new equipment??? And in the neighboring hotels, day and night, the music was grim and discos and animations were normal. The animators bowed to Tom. Like the Germans, the guests asked that there be no noise! Dry white and red wine, drinks, cocktails (not really liked), liqueurs, whiskey, beer. They work until 23 o'clock. Fresh juices and ice cream by the pool in the afternoon. In the afternoon, animation by the pool, dancing, sports games. In the evening, the pool shows are not repeated during the week. The first line, right on the shore. The beach is large, free sun beds and canopies, very convenient entrance to the sea. The territory is well maintained. The Internet is free only downstairs, at the reception, on the veranda and by the pool, it does not reach the floors. There is a small souvenir shop. Many of the staff speak Russian, so there are no language problems. There are minibus stops nearby, where you will be taken to the right place for $ 1. There is a good market and a local travel agency 300 meters away, where there is more choice of excursions and prices are lower than those of agents from the tour operator. The Hamman sauna and sauna are open for free, and massage services are available for an additional fee. The only inconvenience is that beach towels need to be received from 8 to 10 in the morning, and handed over before 18-30. Because of this, conflicts constantly arose.

I stayed at the Sural Saray Hotel from August 22 to September 1, 2021. I am writing based on fresh impressions. Basically, a normal hotel. Not the worst, and not the best five. But in terms of price-quality ratio, everything is fine. I am completely satisfied with my vacation. The rooms are clean, not small. Large balconies. Cleaned daily, towels were changed too. I don't know how often the bed was changed, but it was clean all the time. There was unlimited water, and all kinds of soaps, shampoos, and gels, too. There were slippers. Bathrobes and kettles - no, maybe it's because of covid restrictions. 1st line. A beautiful sandy beach with a very convenient entrance to the sea. Sun beds and canopies are free of charge. The weather was wonderful all the days, and the sea is just super! The water is 29-30C, you could stay in it for hours. Quite a decent pool. Not very big, but not small either. Children were not accepted into the hotel, and animators, very groovy, worked all day by the pool for adults. There were all kinds of games in the pool, water polo sessions. They were learning how to dance by the pool. In the evenings, a show was shown every night, without repeating itself for a week. The Internet is free. There are no rooms, but in the lobby, veranda, by the pool and at the entrance to the hotel there was almost always a good signal level. Sometimes I couldn't get in for a short time, well, maybe half an hour a day, then I showed up again. In short, there is no need to complain about the lack of communication, we did everything we wanted, everything on the Internet. There are two restaurants, the main one in the lobby and the second one on the beach, open only at lunch. Very tasty tortillas with cheese and spinach were cooked in the beach restaurant. The food is normal. Fruits were constantly in sufficient quantity, watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, white and black grapes. There are a lot of sweets - cakes, pies, creams, lukum, baklava, very tasty dried apricots and figs. There are a lot of salads, both spicy and not spicy, constantly fresh herbs in large quantities, several types of olives and olives. There is not a very large selection of seafood, but constantly fried trout, boiled fish, sometimes crab sticks. There was no shortage of meat dishes. Chicken, turkey, steaks, something made of veal or lamb. I can't say that they cooked super tasty, but it's quite normal, high-quality, from fresh products. And I haven't tried the whole range in 10 days. Several bars. They are open on the veranda and by the pool until midnight. There is always tea, coffee, cocktails, drinks. After lunch, fresh juices and ice cream by the pool. The wine is dry red and white, the most common, it is quite drinkable. I didn't like the cocktails very much, there was too much juice, I didn't feel the taste. Although, perhaps, this is done specifically so that there are low-alcohol drinks. Therefore, men preferred whiskey with ice, and women preferred baileys liqueur. But I haven't seen anyone drunk in all 10 days. There were no problems with the staff, they are polite, they respond to requests. At the reception, the woman speaks excellent Russian, the rest are average, but within sufficient limits to solve all the issues.There are no problems with the language at all, there is always someone nearby who knows Russian. There is a Hamman sauna and a sauna. The only thing I didn't really like was that beach towels are given out in the morning from 8 to 10 o'clock, and they are taken back from 16 to 18-30, the rest of the time you have to persuade. There is a minibus stop next to the hotel, where for $ 1 you will be taken where you need to go. Going back is also not a problem, show the bracelet or name the hotel, and they will tell you which minibus to take, they will take you directly to the hotel. There is no need to go far for shopping and souvenirs. About 250-300 meters away is the Sural Bazzar market, almost everything that a tourist may need is there, it works late, at least until 23 o'clock. I would like to say separately about excursions. I was warned before the trip that the excursions from the hotel guides are too expensive, and it is necessary to take them from local travel agencies. And so it turned out. I didn't really like the travel agent from the tour operator. The prices are high, he does not give descriptions of the excursions, only tells them in words, and even not every tour will get you. I took one tour from him. And then I found a small local travel agency next to the same Sural Bazzar market, right across the street. There is a sign "Travel Agency" right in Russian and a Russian-speaking guy works there. Everything is there, and photos and descriptions of excursions in Russian. He is very pleasant, he will tell you everything in detail, explain everything. The prices are two times lower than those of the tour operator, and the excursions are more interesting and not so tedious. It is open at any time until midnight. I took two excursions from him and was very pleased. The difference between this travel agency and the tour operator is about $ 25-30. On the way back, our flight was delayed for three hours, but it's not the hotel's fault. In general, I think that for my money I got a wonderful vacation and I rate the hotel perfectly!

There is no diet table.the beach is not bad, although dirty, old mattresses on the beach. You can see strong savings on everything.the animation is almost '0'. We arrived at 10:30, hungry as hell. The plane was delayed, we sat on the plane for who knows how long, then we took off anyway. During the flight, they gave only half a glass of water to drink (the north wind company was very lucky). So the hotel also gave out the rules of the location according to which we get to the second breakfast, but at the reception they tell us that there is no breakfast for you. Check-in is only from 14-00, but if you want, then for $ 5 per day we will give you a room right now.Of course it's tin. Before that, we had a vacation in Greece, so this is heaven and earth. This is my first and probably my last trip to Turkey. A very bad attitude towards tourists. In principle, I will not leave tips to anyone. And for what to leave, for being considered a redneck with a pack of dollars? I'm disappointed! The Side Sural Sarai Hotel is 5 stars.

The hotel does not pull 5 stars, I will start with a room, we lived in a standard room, a safe is paid 1 euro per day, there has never been a carafe for water and ordinary glass cups here and they do not know what it is, there is no kettle, there is not a single shelf in the refrigerator to put something, oak beds, pillows are one visibility. The restaurant looks like a Soviet dining room, the tables have never seen tablecloths, I won't talk about food, everyone's tastes are different, but you won't stay hungry. There is no animation, every other day the Turks dance and that's it!!! the same music is moronic in the evenings, there is no embankment at all, there is nowhere to walk, it is deserted in the evening, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby....The hotel is 5 stars. Pros: the beach is clean, there are more than enough sunbeds, the sea is clean, sand. When we left, the luggage was weighed at the 5* hotel!!!!!with an ordinary bizman (hand scales with a hook, which the grandmothers use to weigh potatoes in the market), the fee for each weighted bag is 1 dollar...and of course the weight is not accurate +- 2 kg.(they were outweighed in the airport.In short, there is nothing to do here, it is not worth the money spent.and even more...if you want a room with a sea view and not a dumpster or parking lot, you will have to spit at least 45 bucks.

A 5* hotel does not pull. There are much better 3-star hotels in our Anapa. The sea is wonderful. We rested from 04.07. To 11.07. Firstly, it does not work out 6 days, 7 nights, because We arrived on the 4th evening, there was only dinner, we left on the night of 10.11, i.e. we did not have breakfast on the 11th. The room is terrible, it has not been repaired for a long time. There is rust around the sink, the mirror and the toilet have not been washed more than once. The bed is made of stone, I got up every morning with back pain. The refrigerator is old, not working and it did not stink clearly, the cabinet doors moved with difficulty. The boy cleaning the room made a heart out of the bedspread, allegedly cleaned it. When we arrived, there were few people for two days, and then the flow began... There is no place to find in the dining room, sun beds on the beach need to be occupied at a little light. Food is a separate article. Minced mutton is something, liquid salads are not clear with what! There was not enough fruit for everyone. In general, I do not advise anyone to go!!!
