The rating refers to the Sural Otel . In October 2018, I spent 10 days there with two friends. Close to the clear sea, clean beach, green area, delicious food, polite staff. In October of this year, we are going in the same line-up, we have already paid for the tour.

We came to Turkey to enjoy delicious strawberries and cherries. The guests complain that these berries did not appear in this hotel. And this is 5 stars. And the tours are not cheap. I hope the hotel administration will read the review.

The hotel is not new and not 5 stars, but rather 4-. Age is noticeable in places, but nevertheless everything worked in the room (sockets, TV, air conditioning) and it was clean (if you don't find fault). The kitchen is good and tasty, of course there is no variety and show-offs like in 5*, but the price of the hotel is appropriate (in the neighboring real five, the price tag is 1.5 times higher). The beach is neat and clean, with sand. The service is the most painful place, but only where not Turks, but all sorts of Kyrgyz people work.

There is no late dinner, as there is in the description. There are no teaspoons, wooden sticks instead. Most of the vending machines are not working. The flowers in the flower beds are withered and unkempt. Small debris in the sand on the beach that stings your feet.

The disgusting hotel is filthy to the point of horror. In the restaurant, you will eat a complete nightmare from crumpled dirty plates, the food is absolutely not tasty, and you will also cackle from the chicken. They cook without gloves and at the same time scratch the ass. I've never seen such a nightmare. Forget the mold in the rooms, clean linen and towels. The beach towels are all stained and we got caught in someone's blood. No one cleans the pools. On the beach, beer bottle caps, cigarette butts, glass pebbles can be damaged without problems to them. Do not spoil your vacation and do not spend money on this 2-star hotel
