on 12.08.2025, my cargo arrived at the Sürat Kargo Deportiyeciler (Izmit Branch) Branch. The next day it was distributed, but it was not delivered ( they could not raise it) . Because they didn't send a proper sms or notification, I checked them by entering them into their individual sites. he went out for distribution again on 14.08.2025 and a non-human friend named Emre Tekin brought my cargo home at 18.14 in the evening. He called and informed me that I was at work, but even though I told him to take it back, he hung up by shouting and insulting. After that, I couldn't reach him because he blocked it. He didn't give any information about my cargo. It is not clear if he went back to the branch or where my cargo is. Exactly two hours later, at 20.14, the sms arrived and we were told that he was in the branch. when I went to the branch on 19.08.2025, I was told that my cargo was being distributed, but I was not notified by any sms or notification. I couldn't get it from the branch again. The friend I was talking to there, who has two earrings in his ear and is not human again (he is afraid to even say his name, but these people never do their jobs completely) verbally stated that my cargo will be delivered on 19.08.2025. My cargo didn't arrive again that day because they couldn't raise it. these two non-human friends with earrings opened the branch I called on 20.08.2025, and when I told them that my cargo had not caught up, but had not been notified to me by sms, and that I had learned about it from the site, they replied as follows. " Do I need notification if the cargo is not arriving? Don't you understand that he didn't come," He closed by shouting along with this disgusting style. Then my cargo didn't arrive that day because it didn't make it. I bought it by going to the branch myself at 18.25 in the evening that day because there was no sms notification again and I was able to get it by my own logic, saying that my cargo was probably at the branch. I give cargo money, I can NEVER get service on top of it, and they yell, shout and insult. Such a disgraceful business.My only hope is that they will sink as soon as possible.
