Everything is pretty good for a budget hotel. The room is not well furnished. There is a refrigerator and an air conditioner. Cleaning and towel change every day. The bed linen and towels are fresh and not dirty. The buffet breakfast is the same every day, but the selection is large and everything is delicious. The staff is polite and welcoming. There is an outdoor terrace on the roof with sun beds and beautiful views of the city and the sea. The area is great, lots of beautiful places within walking distance. On the downside, the hair dryer in the room was on its last legs, turned off from overheating every two minutes. The Wi-Fi did not work periodically. There is no kettle or glasses in the room. In general, I recommend the hotel to those who don't care about expensive and beautiful room furnishings.

Good afternoon!! We stayed for 3 nights in December. Cleaning is daily, everything is clean, there are enough shampoo gels, towels. The breakfasts are good: eggs, omelet with vegetables, yogurt, jam, halva, puffs with eggs, cheese or potatoes, very tasty and hearty, 2 types of cheeses, sausage, halva, chocolate and cinnamon muffins, vegetables cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, baked zucchini, salads, soup, breakfast cereals, milk, sugary drinks, water, tea, coffee. The location is close to the tram, there are many Laleli shops nearby. The hotel has been renovated, everything is clean and beautiful. The staff is responsive, very friendly, and responds quickly to requests. We arrived ahead of check-in time, settled in without any problems. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, thank you very much!!!

Nice hotel.The location is great!There is a metro and tram nearby.The rooms are not small.Cleaning every day.The bathroom has towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, hair dryer....The breakfasts are quite decent.On the 6th floor there is a terrace where you can take a look at Istanbul from a height (very beautiful), in summer there are sun beds and you can sunbathe.The staff is very polite.
