of the minuses: poor sound insulation cramped room smell of dampness no reseption: we arrived at 9 am, but we paid for the room in order to immediately stop by and not wait for check-in, but when we arrived we found that there was no reception desk, the neighboring hotel did not know that these apartments existed at all, they demanded 500 baht for final cleaning, although nothing was said about it when checking in and in the contract. pros + a lot of seals location, although the beach is not very close
