We rested on this villa in January 2023. We booked in advance, so the price was quite adequate. The villa is large, on the shore of a small lake with a beautiful view and a large swimming pool. Own parking. The location is very good, in a quiet picturesque place, but everything is close. Shops and cafes are 2-3 minutes away on foot, and the Surin superplage is 10-12 minutes on foot or a couple of minutes by car. The villa is in good condition, but a little shabby by the tenants, which is absolutely natural with constant loading. Cleaning is regular. Of the disadvantages, I can note a rather weak Internet connection and the fact that on the ground floor not far from the router. There is practically no Internet on the second floor. But these are small things compared to the pleasant impressions of staying in this villa in our beloved Thailand! Of course I recommend it!!!
