08/02/2025, purchased meat in a package “Pro grill” . When they opened the package, everything was fine, but when they fried it and started eating, they stopped liking the smell and there was a rotten smell from the bone. I brought the remains of this chicken to this store on 08/03/2025, because my husband threw away some of it. The same applies to the packaging and receipt. The sellers did not solve my question in any way. It seemed to them that everything smelled fine. They said they would have returned the money, but they can't without the manager, because she has to smell this meat. They offered to come the next day. I arrived on 4.08. and the manager spoke rudely and only clarified where the rest of the meat was. That is, she did not mention that it was rotten. And I just haven't solved this issue in any way. I would like to have my question resolved. There is no desire to return to this store now!
