I decided to take a walk around the shopping center, half an hour quickly. after 45 minutes, he clarified - wait is not ready yet. as a result, I picked it up after an hour, okay, the shipment, everything happens. when I get home, I open the tied bag, and inside there is only a tray with rolls. there is not one set of sticks (which was so nicely clarified several times), there is no nut sauce that I did not pay for, nothing, just a bag, a tray, rolls. the last hope is that they will be just delicious, but no! the roll just falls apart when you take it, I don't know how to taste it - I collected everything from the plate separately. everything is very bad - from confirming the order by phone (after 10 minutes), to the rolls themselves.

We ordered a large batch of sushi.
One girl is allergic to fish (she is not allergic to seafood).
We made an order and the operator was notified that sushi with seafood and without fish should not come into contact with fish and a clean board and knife are required. Sushi is delivered late and all the sushi lies together with both fish and seafood… After the call, we are offered to bring sushi with seafood separately again, but we have to find them in our trays among others, get them out and assemble them in a separate container to return them to the courier. We also offered to give the entire order so that the chefs themselves would figure out where the sushi was and deliver the order to us in the form it should originally be. We were also refused by the company's policy that we should find and assemble ourselves. I refused to do it and suggested that their courier do it himself. I will provide trays. As the operator said, it is not the responsibility of their courier, but apparently it is the responsibility of the buyer. They said in the end that they would just take the sushi (there were 4 types of them). As a result, we took 3. Then we just don't have the strength to swear anymore. They left it as it is, but I will not apply anymore
