I won't order anything here anymore. This year I decided to make another attempt to order sushi at this office. And I was very sorry! If last year they were 1 hour late, then this year I went to get the order myself, on Timiryazeva 4. Also, the sushi was not delicious. Although they looked beautiful and appetizing in the photo. The main complaint about the order this year: on February 14th, I placed an order through the app, at about 10.00 am, with delivery to my home address by 20.00. It's been 8:00 p.m., no one has called, written, or warned about the delay in the order. I'm calling myself. Somehow I got through on the 50th time. Because the line was busy all the time. A young man answered me. And he said that I had already handed over my order to the courier and he would deliver it in 30 to 40 minutes. That is, by 21.00. As a result, at 21.00, no one calls, no one arrives. I call them again at 9 p.m. and ask where my order is. The girl answers me that the order is ready and is at their place on Timiryazeva 4 and is waiting for the courier to pick it up. Since we had been waiting for more than an hour, and there were no prospects for delivery, I suggested that they come for their order themselves. They agreed. I arrived myself and picked up the order at about 9.30 pm. Although we were waiting for delivery at 8.00 pm.
Question: why didn't you call, didn't you inform me about the delay, why did you mislead me when you first called me, when you said that the order would be delivered within 40 minutes??? If I hadn't come to pick up the order myself, what time would it have been delivered to me???

I have been ordering rolls, sets, noodles only here for more than a year. Everything is very tasty and of high quality. It is clear that they are trying to improve everything over time. There are more and more promotions, offers, a wide variety of sets, rolls. I disagree with those who suggest including soy sauce, wasabi and ginger in the price. It is convenient that you can, if desired, add to the cart what you like. For example, I don't eat the above and sometimes I add sesame sauce to the basket and that's it. Price = quality. 3) But the sushi turned out to be not very tasty and fell apart

The sushi preparation area is not fenced off from visitors. And unfortunately, the sushi is from the fridge, not freshly made. The ingredients for sushi are also not the best.
