I believe that the surprise in the form of a serving with some inverted rolls and sauce smeared on the box was a bonus to the overdue order readiness time. It is a pity that in a hurry it was not possible to take a photo of such an "interesting" presentation in the evening with poor color reproduction in the car. But such a bonus system is truly a winning one, because it turned out that the "gift" still included 3 dice directly in one roll. This is probably a special bonus for "favorite" customers.
