We ordered an order from this company, the operator said that the order would be in 1 hour, a maximum of 1.15 time passed, no order or response from the courier or operator, the courier arrived in 1.40, the courier gave the wrong order, the operators communicated rudely to our calls and threw the tubes, waited later, two more hours for us to get the money back from which then later had problems!!!

We love sushi, we order it often. We decided to try the sushi maker for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. What won me over from the first moment: delivery on time, the courier is polite, everything is clear. Then I get a package in my hands and it would seem that such a small thing as packaging makes a pleasant impression, nothing turned over, a convenient carrying bag, packed sushi in disposable convenient boxes. Wasabi and ginger are packed in tightly sealed containers, nothing spills, does not leak, does not open.
We ordered a Hokai set, everything is delicious. The whole company was satisfied, although we have enough fans to criticize. This time, for sure, everyone is happy!

Oh, my God, I haven't read so many negative reviews yet! sometimes the delivery is delayed for 3 hours, then they generally forget about the order and do not deliver it, then if they do, the rolls are stuck together, cold and not tasty.. For the first time I think I'll try sushi from sushi master, ordered delivery (it was already evening). They called back 20 minutes later and said they couldn't deliver. I had to choose from what was open by that time, and the choice was no longer great. Today I thought about ordering and still trying, but here again... Sushi seems to taste like fish, but that's it. It is 2 times smaller in size than its competitors, and the price is the same. I took baked ones and ate rice, not fish (below the photo). I don't want to come here anymore :(
