I came to the city for the weekend, decided to go to this institution. It was a mistake. A spoiled mood for the whole day. We went into an institution with a friend and went to the cash register. They greeted us, but ignored us. There were 4 waiters at the checkout, and they were talking about something, not paying attention to us. They just looked at us like we owed something. After a couple of minutes of looking at each other, they deigned to take the order, the waitress was slow. I understand that these are mostly female students, but there were also those who politely communicated with other visitors. The appliances were brought to us almost immediately, they just silently and very slowly set everything up, nothing was answered to our "thank you". I saw this girl serving the next table.. She rolled her eyes, clucked and showed displeasure from scratch. The waiter is the face of the establishment, I don't understand this behavior. We waited about 30-40 minutes for the order. It was a weekday, there weren't too many people, and we ordered a set of 32 rolls. It takes too long to make 4 kinds of rolls. The waitress, in principle, was slow-witted, as if she was owed, with a little rude communication, brought the food. And the most disgusting thing is just her. It's immediately clear that they want to save money. The rice is disgusting, a lot.. Too many sesame seeds. There is no fish, only cheap products like tomatoes. Due to the fact that the order was carried for a long time, the rolls were already "tired" and cold. It was the first time I ate such disgusting rolls. When leaving the establishment, all the waiters were at the checkout again. We politely said goodbye, but our waitress ignored us. It was only after a couple of seconds of awkward silence that one waitress said goodbye with a smile . In general, she would not have returned here. The waiters are normal girls, but the food is not worth the money.

The order was simple: 1 pizza , 6 Rolls (with cucumber) Soup Tea There were practically no visitors! We made an order, the waiter did not say how long it would take to be ready. I had to wait 25 minutes! The food was just too warm! The olives were spoiled in the pizza (had to be cleaned, the taste was disgusting). The atmosphere wants the best! The tea mug was brought with a splinter! The knives hardly cut the pizza! I ask the administration to take into account all the comments!
