I placed an order at this institution through their website, which I entered through my personal account. All my data is in my personal account, they were specified during registration, and when placing an order, they were all entered automatically. I paid for the order online. It's all gone, the payment receipt has arrived. An hour and a half has passed, there is no delivery. I decided to dial the operator and clarify what happened to my order. After a long investigation, it turned out that when placing an order, my phone number was indicated incorrectly (I do not know why this happened, since I will remind you that the data was entered automatically on the site) and the operator just canceled the order. Without notifying me about it in any way. The delivery address was, the order was paid. Why couldn't you just place an order and send it to the specified address, even if there were problems with the phone? All that the operator explained to me was that her phone number had come through their system incorrectly, and goodbye. She doesn't care about anything anymore. As a result, a spoiled evening and not very pleasant communication with the operator.

We came with my husband to this institution.
We sat down at the table, waited for 10-12 minutes, and no one brought out the menu.
They decided that it was probably useless to wait and took the menu themselves.
No one came up to us for 20-25 minutes. The waiters passed by and didn't even look in our direction, or they stood at the bar and talked to each other.
Then they came to the table , of course , but not to ours , but to the people who came much later than us.
After a long wait, I just had to leave, as this is the maximum disrespect and went to another institution.
I don't think you'll want to return to this place after this hike.
