We ordered sushi several times and unfortunately, it was not very tasty, also with a stone as a gift. I wrote to the social network and provided a photo, to which they replied, "okay, we need to change the supplier" (in short). They didn't even apologize.
We decided to give this institution another chance. We decided to try tom yam and wok.
We placed the order in two and a half hours, at 20:00. 5 minutes pass and the bell rings. The manager (a girl) indignantly declares that they already have a lot of orders at 20:00, your order will be from 19:30 to 20:30. I'm not sorry, they say we have such a situation. The attitude towards clients is very strange.
The call came in about 15 minutes. The manager (male) informed them that they had run out of ingredients and asked if they could replace them; apologized for the inconvenience and the long wait.
Tom yam is not delicious, we expected something completely different(((

They cook quickly , everything is always fresh .Very convenient location. I would also like to mention the friendly staff and a convenient application with bonuses. We pre-ordered several times by a certain time - everything is at the highest level. Of the minuses for me personally, there were green onions inside the rolls, my husband liked it very much. Such nuances should be asked to prescribe aphids in the composition.

We haven't tried your sensational rolls yet. We made an order for delivery 2 times, each time after 20 minutes I called to clarify whether the order was accepted (they do not call back themselves), as a result, the order was not accepted. I re-order by phone, 2 promised hours will pass, there is no delivery. I call them back, but they don't have our order!
Well done guys, keep it up! That's what it means people don't want to earn, or employees don't want to do shit for their worthless salaries. I do not recommend this institution!

Compared to other establishments of this type (and in our city they can already be counted on the fingers of one hand), it is very, very sad.
The rice is dry, uncooked. There are few fish , but also with a strange taste.
French fries and nuggets are on the menu, but there is no garlic sauce for these dishes.
I'm not talking about the delivery. The order is placed at the same time, the administrator calls back much later, when the delivery time is already coming to an end and instead of 4.5 rubles, I got to 10 rubles several times, because I had to go for a taxi order. Thank you 👍🏻
I am now addressing the director of this institution. The quality of your employees' work depends primarily on yourself. Add a unit of cooks, couriers, and administrators so that everyone does their job and everyone does everything in time. I wouldn't be surprised if your salary is around 500 rubles (and this is already a significant reason not to get a job with you).
Thank you for putting enough napkins at least, otherwise, according to other reviews, many people have not been lucky with this yet..

Everything is bad. Sushi is pretty mediocre, but it costs above average. There is no staffing (there are no chopsticks or free toppings). We put two napkins on one kilogram of dried fruit, thank you) Delivery is free only over 50 rubles, which, compared to Capybara (where it is free for any amount, even if you take the sauce for two rubles) is not very healthy. The soy sauce (paid) that we were given also has the logo of this very Capybara, but it's amazing that in the Capybara itself, it's free, like wasabi, like ginger, like chopsticks. The room is small, there are no seats at all, there is one table and one chair right in front of the cash register) The smell in the room is also not very good. The staff is working slowly. The application is inconvenient, it is impossible to take a closer look at the photos (which, oddly enough, have nothing to do with the real look of the rolls). Alternative options for establishments with sushi / rolls in Borisov can be counted on the fingers of one hand and they are all about the same as this institution. Very sorry. We ordered from here for the first and last time.
