The answer of the year is high workload, you will get a call back. I wait another hour, at 17.48 I call myself - I GOT THROUGH! It turns out my order hasn't even been processed yet. They offered to duplicate the order by phone. Okay, I repeated the order. I'm waiting. And again, everything is gone!!! At 20.25 I started calling again! They picked up the phone only 14 times! They said that the order would be delivered soon, the courier left. And a miracle, the order arrived as early as 21.56!!!!! 5 and a half hours!!! It was possible to go to another city to eat rolls!!! And it would be fine if the rolls were worth it, BUT the rolls from the Wild Suite section are a nightmare!!! Where's the fish? She was half gone!!! And even some of the rolls had very thin pieces! The rice is undercooked, the rolls are not tightly rolled. Tough mango, insanely hard and tasteless! A spoiled avocado that has started to rot! It is decorated with withered greens on top! I had to look for fish in these rolls!!! The luxury rolls did not report a set of toppings. I'm not asking you for food for free, I'm paying money for it! And far from 3 rubles!!! And I got undercooked rice without the taste of fish!!! I wrote on Instagram that I forgot to put the sauces. I was offered a discount of as much as 10%!!!! I wrote all the comments for the order and silence again!!!! They read it and did not respond!!! Just a top level!!! With such an attitude and with such "food", the establishment will have the same fate as the "Dryer", which has closed. It's called expect and reality....
