Постоянно заказываю доставку, вкусный вок, пицца, роллы. Привозят быстро. Приятный интерьер, можно и в заведении покушать

Сегодня решились с мужем заказать еду на доставку в данном заведении. Заказывали через приложение, курьер решил указать статус "выполнен", но заказа у нас не было. Опоздал на пол часа, объяснив это тем что не мог зайти в подъезд, хотя я в комментариях указала и код и с какой стороны заходить. Далее к еде, еда прибыла холодная и смятая. Для пиццы я указывала тонкое тесто и так же 2ю пару палочек. У вас вкусная еда всегда была, но почему вы наплевательски относитеть к клиентам?
