I usually always order sushi here and was always happy, but... Today I decided to order Philadelphia too and the rolls I noticed, the delivery was not 1-1.20, as they say, but almost 2 hours... the baked rolls arrived cold and it seemed that there was something stale, in addition they were badly twisted (all of different shapes and sizes, the almost transparent nori sheets are too thin). I was disappointed with today's order... of course, nothing is provided for the long wait, except for the words "sorry".

I came in to eat noodles one day. I found myself inside the hair. She didn't say anything. I decided to give a second chance. The guys from work took a lunch box a couple of times. It turned out they were sitting on the toilet. As I am today in general. And this is not all in one day, but the period of this week. Then they over-salted, then they made everything sharp. Some positions are impossible to eat because they are like rubber. I don't know why we were so unlucky, judging by the positive reviews.
The only advantage is that they cook quickly. The box is ready in 15 minutes. We didn't find any more advantages.

I have been living in Minsk for three years, but even there I have not yet found a place for myself that would be next to this institution according to taste and prices, as soon as I arrive in Vitebsk, I definitely order the delivery of some set. The delivery is always timely, the institution itself, although not large, is quite cozy, I used to visit it often. 10 out of 10🍱❣️

I came in at about 6-7 pm. It was not crowded, the room was quite cool, especially on hot summer days it generally saves. Friendly girls are bustling behind the cash register. I took a prefabricated wok. As always, this franchise is on top. The rice is not overcooked, the vegetables do not taste like a cellar, the sauce is really there and felt, the chicken is without cartilage and other troubles. You can eat on the spot (there is a small table for 4 people and a bar with high chairs for 5-6 people), you can take it with you, of course. It seemed to be clean. Unobtrusive interior.

It's very bad! Compare expectation and reality based on the photo. Sausage ham was used instead of bacon. The appearance leaves much to be desired. The smell is not at all unappetizing. One star just for the courier coming back to pick it up and refund the money.

I very rarely write bad reviews, but this food SUCKS COMPLETELY, the rice is raw, so the taste of the rolls is plastic ((( wasabi with a gulkin nose, ginger dried, wok classic-sweet, insanely, the only thing that was edible was a nutty dessert, for which ⭐️ In short, money for the order we threw it in the trash. I categorically do not recommend ordering food in this institution.

Vitebsk.Nothing tasteless from the whole order. WOK is a cool sweetness for tea rather than the second. No kidding, just sweet pasta with meat. Rolls on a solid 2+. Soy sauce 2 pcs small, for such a bunch of rolls, taking into account 4 ordered sets of appliances. Waiting from the order to the delivery is 1h10min. 71p the cost of the order.

I ordered Business Lunch No. 4 and Asian sauce. There is a complete discrepancy between the photos on the website: lettuce is 2 or 3 times less; white rice, without the promised sauce, with a lot of onions, some pieces of chicken look chewed; rolls are generally different; Asian sauce (red in the picture, looks like sweet chili) looks like a smear with ketchup.
Before that, I ordered ramen. I was very disappointed. Now there's this.

Delicious rolls are cooked for 10-15 minutes (including baked ones). The order for 700g of rolls (regular and baked) "Smart set" and 2 soups were cooked within 15 minutes. Basically, the place specializes in delivery or takeaway, but inside there is also a place where you can sit with a small company and eat. I haven't used the delivery yet, but my friends speak well of it. The staff is friendly and will help you make your choice.

I made my first order a couple of weeks ago (Vitebsk). The order was for the amount of 27 rubles. The call center noticed that this is my first order and the cost of the first delivery is 3 rubles. The total amount of the order with delivery is 30 rubles.
But at the same time they did NOT bring the information that free shipping from 30 rubles and from 33 rubles a gift set in the load.
And when they called me back 5 minutes later and clarified the address, I clarified the above points myself and wanted to supplement the order. But they told me it was late, the order was on the way. In fact, the order arrived within an hour.
The quality of food is excellent, the attitude towards people leaves much to be desired!
In my previous experience of various food deliveries, call centers bring all the information to the buyer as much as possible and act in the interests of the buyer!

Perhaps it's time for me to write my own review... last week we decided to have dinner with our daughter with rolls... we selected 2 sets on the website, made an order by phone. We are waiting for an hour, no one... Another 20 minutes... Although the operator said within an hour - 1 hour 10 minutes, the order will be delivered. After 1 hour and 25 minutes, we decided to clarify where the order was. The operator said she would contact the courier. After a couple of minutes, the courier calls and says that he will be there in 15 minutes ... when asked if he got lost, it's no wonder in the new houses in Bilevo, he replied that no, he just stayed late. At the same time, there is not even a hint to at least apologize... to our response that the delivery should have been with us a long time ago, and even more so there is a baked set, a boorish response was received: "maybe I shouldn't bring it to you at all?"
That's what to do here? They called the operator and told him what was going on. We were offered a discount and literally 5 minutes later our order was delivered by another courier... Thanks, of course, but the mood is already ruined....
